My heart tears open
To reveal the abyss
I hang on the edge
My soul pulled toward the end
Down to oblivion
I'll rise once again
I feel the depths
But I'll never reach them
Reluctantly
Time will wash away
These slow hollow moments
And tears that fight to escape
Then once all is forgotten
The abyss will fade
But the memories of pain
Will never go away
