Jane scribbled down in her notes watching Aaron who sat opposite her with an almost catatonic look in her eyes.
"Have you been thinking of hurting yourself, Aaron?"
No response verbally but Jane did think she saw her eyes glance over just the slightest bit. But she couldn't be sure if it was because she had been having suicidal and or thoughts of self harm or if she thought the question itself was just stupid.
"Instead of just holding it all in, Aaron, sometimes it's good to just speak about it. Like you're not even talking about yourself. You–You can talk about things that maybe bothering you or happening in your life like they're not your problems at all. Almost like you're talking about a friend. Or just some random stranger."
She didn't speak for the second session in a row.
