Everything was so hard to take in, the colder wind, the softer ground. He hadnt answered for weeks, we were supposed to meet weeks ago but its like he had forgotten me.I was alone, depressed at a stance where I couldnt even think straight.I was in my own little world; my own unthinkable bubble.

The stars shone most beautifull at night, as the tears slipped down my cheeks.I'm not beautiful, or skinny, or perfect. Every girl had this problem but me, I had never had any issues with the way I looked.Ever since he had gone though, life got cold.I had become weaker, more tired; but unwillingly persistent for the near future. The black sky was so silent it was deafening, no planes whisked, no lightening or rain struck. But a million rocks shone like diamonds, each and everyone representing something supreme, something so utterly great.

It caught my eye that only one fell at the cristen, only one shone the brightest.I felt as if for a few moments it was smiling at me, radiating an egmatic feeling of empowerment.Making me stronger.

I felt it personifying me, it was intimidating. It was like it was bringing me closer, like it was familiar.I followed it with my tired eyes as I shot across the moonlit skies.

I gasped.A shooting star, lights a thousand wishes, but only burns through one.

I winced my eyes shut, wishing.

When I opened them, the sky was a brighter midnight blue and the words crossed my mind.I felt as if the feeling was right beside me, I almost felt it brush my cheek.

Then I heard it.

Your my shining star, I searched from near to far and all day long you were, right here my baby....

Thanks for reading guys, comment and vote xxKirsty
