Agad akong napaupo sa aking higaan. Hindi ako makatulog nang maayos dahil sumasagi sa isip ko ang nangyaring eksena sa pagitan namin ni Luke nung hapong nakipag-away s'ya sa amin.

"You don't know what I fucking feel, Michelle. You don't know what I fucking feel seeing you hugging someone else. You don't know what I fucking feel. So don't fucking judge me for being like this just because of you."

Nahikulamos ko ang aking kamay sa aking mukha at bumuntong-hininga. Wala na talaga akong ideya sa mga nangyayari. Bakit ba kasi kailangang mangyari iyon?

Hindi ako handa. Hindi ko naihanda ang sarili ko.

Para akong isang suspect na nagtatago sa mga pulis kapag magtatagpo ang landas naming dalawa ni Luke. Alam ko namang wala akong kasalanan sa kanya at hindi dapat ako umaktong ganito pero kasi, nadadala ako ng hiya at kaba kaya hindi ko man lang s'ya matitigan.

Bumuntong-hininga ako. Sa totoo lang, gusto ko talagang kausapin si Luke para linawin ang bawat panig namin dahil sa nangyari pero hindi ko alam kung paano ko s'ya kakausapin lalo pa't hindi lang ako ang umiiwas sa kanya—pati s'ya, iniiwasan ako.

Hay, buhay parang life.

"Let's go to the refectory! Ugh, I'm starving. I wanna eat strawberry shortcake," napanguso naman si Quia.

"Quia, that's a bad diet. Too much sweets will lead you to diabetes and too much carbs and calories will get you fat. That's gross," para pang kinilabutan si Chantal sa sinabi n'ya.

"But it's just one serve of strawberry shortcake. That's not too much!" protesta ni Quia.

"Yeah, right. It's just one serve but it has too many sugar on it," Chantal crossed her arms. "If you keep on eating too much calories and sweets, you will become our DUFF."
