Your POV

I've been out all day and honestly I can't wait to just be home and see Shawn.

I've had the most stressful day with the most stressful people at work and what I want more than anything is to see his face.

I unlock the door to the apartment and set my things away when I walk in.

"Babe I'm home!" I say and the before I know it, I'm getting swept off of my feet. "Shawn!" I say with shock and laughter.

He tosses me down onto the couch with a light thud and hovers over me with a smile.

"I missed you." He says and I smile and laugh a little.

"I can see that." I say with a smirk. "I missed you too." I say and wrap my arms around his neck as I pull him in for a kiss.

I pick my head up a little to kiss his lips but he pulls away slightly. So I lean up again and he pulls away again playfully.

"Shawn you're not funny." I say and he smiles.

"I'm a little funny." He says before finally pressing his lips to mine. The sweet kiss lingered on my lips even after we broke.

I look at him and observe his eyes. He has the most beautiful eyes. They aren't any vibrant color like an ocean blue or some vibrant green like you'd hear in fair tales.

They are a hazel greenish color. His eye color changes depending on what he's wearing and also the weather. I always found that funny. To me his eyes are spectacular.

I touch his lazy eye and smile because it's one of my favorite things about him.

Neither of us have said a word yet and I can't help but wonder what he's thinking.

He presses his lips to mine once more and moves his kisses down to my jawline and neck.

Each soft kiss he leaves on my skin sends tingles all through my body.

A little time passed of us playing around and talking before we decided to watch some tv.

I cuddled up next to him, the covers over us were nice and soft, and the warmth of his body was comforting.

Out  of the corner of my eye I see him staring at me.

I look up at him and smile.

"What are you thinking about?" I ask him.

"You're eyes." He says and runs his thumb across my cheek.

"I was just thinking the same." I say and he makes a funny face.

"You were thinking about your eyes?" He asks and I chuckle.

"No, I was thinking about your eyes." I say and he chuckles with me.

"That makes more sense." He smiles showing all his teeth. "What about my eyes were you thinking about?" He asks me.

"The color. How it changes according to what you're wearing or even with the weather." He nods with a smile. "Also how cute your lazy eye is."

"I don't understand that. To me it's always been a flaw." He says and I shake my head.

"No. I like to think of it more as a bonus." I say and sit up and kiss his cheek. "What was it about my eyes that you were thinking about?" I ask him with a smirk.

"Well, I was thinking about how beautiful they are. They're like these jewels almost. Every time I look at you, your eyes draw me in deeper. It's so hard to really put into words." He says and shrugs.

"Can you try?" I ask wanting him to say more.

"Okay..." He says and I can tell he's looking for the right words. "I get lost almost. It's like you could be telling me the most craziest story, but all I can seem to focus on is the story your eyes are telling. Even when you're angry with me, or when we argue, you're eyes are still the most mesmerizing, incredible things ever."

When he says this I feel my heart flutter.

I smile from ear to ear and so does Shawn.

"Was that corny?" He asks and I shake my head.

"No. Not at all." I say and wrap my arms around his neck and pull him in for a kiss.

I press my lips to his and it's like everything moved in slow motion. Just like it always does when I kiss him.

Time seems to stop.
