(possible trigger warning. Idk but I don't want anybody to get hurt cause of me)

Kaldur walked out of the 'counseling' room.

Black Canary followed him but she paused in the doorway.

Honestly she looks so done it's not even funny.

"Bluejay, you're up." She looked at me.

I nodded and walked over to her.

Once inside, she gestured for me to take a seat.

And I did.

Canary grabbed a clipboard before sitting across from me.

"Before we get started, I have to ask you some questions. And everything is confidential."

She might not know it.

But that's such a lie.

"Okay shoot."

"Do you have a job outside of the Team?"

I nodded. She wrote something down.

"How many hours do you work usually?"

"Twenty-four seven."

She sighed. "I know that isn't true. Nobody can hold a job like that."

I chuckled but didn't offer an explanation.

"Next question. How stressed are you after work?"

"Very. It's a stressful job."

"Okay, so what do you do in your free time?"

"This."

I think I might end up being the reason she stops being the Team's counselor.

"Who do you live with?" Batman.

"Whatever poor member of my family has to deal with me."

"Bluejay, please try to take this seriously."

I shrugged. "It's not a lie."

"Do you feel sad, unmotivated, depressed, or burnt out?"

Sighing I shifted in the seat so I was laying with my legs over the edge. "Are these questions really necessary?"

I feel like Will is somehow possessing her.

"We don't have any information on you. This allows me to create a profile so I can understand your mindset."

I smirked. "You don't want to understand my mind."

"Answer the question."

"Eh. Sometimes? Maybe when somebody eats all my ice cream?"

"Have you ever thought about committing self-harm or suicide?"

I bit my lower lip. I don't think it would-

No.

I shook my head.

Canary sat the clipboard to the side and leaned forward.

"Bluejay, this is a safe place. I won't tell anybody. And I will help you."

I fixed my sunglasses. "Trust issues. Look it up."

"Can you at least tell me what you would do if you did? Hypothetically speaking."

"Cutting. Occasionally not eating."

I tugged at my sleeve. What? You thought I always wear long sleeves just for the Hades of it?

"How often?" Her voice became soft.
