We have chemistry

We got home and Bianka came in with us.

Bianka- Well that was an interesting night.

Jen- Yes it was.

Bianka- But the dancing was fun.

Jen- It was. Thanks B.

Bianka- No problem. Well I should get going then. Night sleepwell. And not with each other again.

Jen- B!

Bianka- I just had to. Night love birds.

Jen- Night.

Bianka left and Jake and I were alone.

Jen- I'm sorry about her. Damn she has a big mouth.

Jake- It's ok. Don't worry.

Jen- Well I should get some sleep.

Jake- I'm not mad. I just wanted to give you space.

Jen- Good to know.

Jake- You almost kissed me again tonight.

Jen- But I didn't.

He steps closer and looks me in the eyes.

Jake- It was pretty close.

Jen- Jake.

Jake- I know you need time. But don't you see it?

Jen- See what?

He moves closer and I looked to the floor but this time he lifts up my chin to look at him.

Jake- Our chemistry. Dont you see the chemistry between us?

Jen- Jake...

Jake- You just need to let go of that fear of yours. Cause everything about you says yes.

Jen- What do you mean?

He puts his hands around my waist and pulls me close to him. And he looks me in my eyes holding me close.

Jake- The way you look at me. The way you kiss me. The way your heart is beating right now. The way your getting weak in your knees right now. And the way your blushing right now. All of these things points out that you want me.

I was all red but I didn't break our stare. I knew he was right. I was scared.

Jake- You look really beautiful tonight.

Jen- Thank you. I didn't want to put this dress on at first.

Jake- Why not?

Jen- Bryan bought it.

Jake- I thought you threw everything out that he brought you.

Jen- I must have missed it.

Jake- Well it's one thing Bryan does have.

Jen- What?

Jake- Good taste.

I blushed when he said that and giggled a little. And he leans in forward I closed my eyes a bit and he stops before he kisses me.

Jake- You see what I mean.

I opened my eyes and just looked at him. What is he doing to me?
He looks me in the eyes and smiles. And then he kisses me. He held his lips against mine for few seconds. And then breaks it.
And he lets me go.

Jake- Night sleep well.

Jen- Night.

He turns and walks away. And I was still standing in the same place where he left me. I have alot to think about I know that.

I went to my room and changed into my pjs. I laid on the bed and stared at the ceiling thinking...
