I was recently scrolling through soke books when I came across one warning me about something.
I tried it out and it turns out it's happened to me to.
Basically there are websites that are basically mirroring Wattpad and they're stealing books and copying them word for word.
You can check if your book is on them by:
1// Going on Google search
2// Typing 'your wattpad username and truyen'
For example if this was me I would type 'Fandomacc truyen'.
It's annoying because all my hard work and effort has been snatched by people who aren't even acknowledging it.
A word of warning though, whatever you do DO NOT OPEN THE LINK. It is plagued with viruses so it will basically be like throwing your device into water.
It's horrible and the Wattpad staff have been replying to comments saying they are fixing it.
I did stumble across an Ambassador who said it's extremely hard for them to shut it down because of the fact that the people who are creating these websites come from countries with loose copyright laws but other than that they're trying.
I recommend you should go check out if they have you but DON'T CLICK ON THOSE LINKS.
