"He did it first, look at my hair," I complained

"It was an accident!" he said

"No it wasn't!" I said back

"NO ONE CARES!" Katie shouted

"A bit harsh, but lets just get back to work so that we can all just finish and then go home to sleep," Drake said

"Exactly now if you two can go back inside and clean up in a civilised manor, will you now please go and do so?" Amber asked smiling

"Fine," I said stomping back inside.

When we were both back inside I went straight back to work, but I didn't hear Alex doing the same. I turned around and saw him removing his shirt. If I still wasn't pissed off and if he was being nice I would have maybe complimented him because I had to say that it was quite a nice sight.

But I didn't because I was still pissed and so just turned around saying,

"Get back to work."

After a minute I felt someone hug me towards them (who was very built if I must say) and I instantly knew it was Alex.

I turned around and looked at him waiting for what he had to say.

"Sorry for spilling the drink on you Nicki. It was an accident," he said staring into my eyes, his of which were hypnotising me making me look away.

"Do you forgive me?" he asked with a small smile of hope.

"Fine," I said sighing

"But you have to let go of me now because your all sticky," I said referring to his chest.

"I wonder whose fault that is?" he asked smiling

"Yeah sorry about that," I apologised

"But I bet you liked it when I jumped on you," he said smiling (not smirking)

"No, I didn't," I said smiling since his smile was contagious.

"Then why are you smiling?" he asked

"Because I want to," I retorted still smiling which made us both laugh.

"Lets get back to work before I pass out on the couch," I said as he let go of me.

"Yeah cause then I'll have to carry you upstairs and tuck you in like a baby," he said smirking

"Hey! I didn't ask you to do any of that, so stop complaining." I said

We finished cleaning up that the living room in about half an hour and I was exhausted.

"I'm about to pass out," I complained throwing the last bag outside.

"You can go to sleep again now, but I still have to help your brother," he stated

"Alright. Goodnight or good morning everyone." I said to them

I heard a chorus of both answers being said at the same time and went upstairs before hearing,

"Hi maids and butlers. Alex can I see you upstairs please?" Clair tried to say seductively

"Yeah, whatever," I heard Alex answer bored

I quickly ran into my room and closed the door silently before putting a shower cap on my head since my hair was still sticky. I walked over to my bed and waited for sleep to over take me but it didn't. I was suddenly curious as to what was going on in Clair's room since its right beside mine and I thought that I would have been hearing some sort of moaning or something.

I quietly got out of bed and put my ear to the wall.

"So you actually meant that we were over last night?" Clair asked

"Yes," Alex answered sounding either irritated ro bored

"WHY!?!?" she shouted

"Because I'm done with you. We had our fun, but I'm over it. Your selfish, irritating, annoying and rude to everyone especially Nicki whose supposed to be your step-sister. What did she do to you?" he asked

"I KNEW IT WAS ABOUT HER! You like HER!?!" Clair accused

"It actually isn't about her. I jus don't think we'll work anymore. I've had enough," he said and then I heard a door slam.

I ran and dived into my bed pulling the covers over me and tried to get my breathing steady again.

There was a knock on the doo r and I quickly answered,

"Come in," as normal as I could.

"Your really crap at ears dropping," he said smiling

OH NO HE KNOWS! HE'S ONTO US! I thought

THINK THINK THINK!

"Pft.......no I don't know what your talking about," I answered unable to stop smiling which is what always gives me away when I'm lying.

"I've realised that you smile a lot when you lie," he said

"Damn, you've noticed," I mumbled

"Yeah, anyway I'm going now and I just wanted to say bye," he said

"Oh alright, bye," I said giving him a small smile

"No hug?" he asked

"Oh yeah how could I have ever forgotten?" I asked sarcastically getting out of my bed and approaching him.

The hug was normal, yet it felt weird.

"Your lucky I'm kind," I said still in his embrace which only made him chuckle.

"Bye," I said

"Yeah Bye," he said even though we didn't let go of each other. I don't even know why which made us both laugh and then separate, even though for me it felt too soon.

"I KNEW IT! See you couldn't even leave without saying a 'cute little goodbye' to ugly," she scoffed I was about to retort when Alex stood in front of me as if protectively.

"Shut the f**k up Clair and get a life" he said

"Good thing you got rid of her," I whispered in his ear from behind him

"I know," he whispered back which made Clair look at us confused

He turned around and hugged me again whispering in my ear,

"See you at school," before he smiled at me and walked straight down the stairs ignoring Clair who just glared at me.

I gave her a fake smile before going back into my room and slamming the door in her face. I crawled back into my bed before going to sleep.

The parents came back and told us how much they enjoyed their children and work free weekend. No forgetting to tell us that they didn't leave the room which instantly gave me images of what they were doing making me force myself not to throw up.

EWWW!

Even though Clair tried to be the golden girl, she glared at me the whole day, antime she was near me would barge me and one time she even whispered,

"He'll never be yours on my watch."

She's so stupid, she doesn't understand that I DO NOT and will NEVER want HIM!

Luckily the day went fast but unfortunately before I knew it, it was Monday morning.

School. GREAT!
