Chapter 18

"You got overshadowed bro" Taehyung laughs sadly as he pats Namjoon on the shoulder, trying to lighten the depressing mood that hung thick around them. Namjoon hasn't said a word since Soon Deok made her exit. He knows he'll see her tonight when they officially say goodbye but at that moment he feels a taste of the aching sadness he will experience when she actually leaves.

"So, what was the news you had?" Jungkook asks as he shoves Taehyung's arm from around his neck, flicking him on the forehead and receiving a boxed smile from the brunette.

"Oh... right." Namjoon seems out of it as he walks to where Soon Deok stood just minutes earlier.

"Everyone, everyone I have... um... another announcement I guess" Namjoon claps his hands togetherly in one loud burst, trying to psych himself into a better mood. The momentary pulse of energy is stolen from him by Seokjin

"You're not leaving too are you!? Namjoon-ah you can't leave! I love you!" Hoseok smacks him on the back of his head and grabs his ass.

"Boy you're mine" Hoseok speaks through clenched teeth and Seokjin's face blossoms red. Namjoon forces his palm against his forehead and gives up, handing off the 'stage' to Jungkook whom he told about the news while walking over to the dining all. 

"Ok guys shut up and listen here," Jungkook shouts to get everyone, specifically Seokjin and Hoseok, to quiet down. Taehyung turns to the boy and gives him all his attention, eyes trained on the movement of his lips as he announces what Namjoon couldn't.

"We were contracted by KBS and they want us to do a mini drama. They want Taehyung to be lead male actor and they also want to host casting calls that are open to everyone here"

"Really?" Yoongi jumps up in down in excitement. Jimin smiles brightly as he watches the boy jump up and down.

"I mean it's still in the works but KBS really wants this to happen. It would be huge." Jimin spills. He was told the news by Namjoon but not wanting to have Yoongi know of his ties with the group his boyfriend was in he excuses his knowledge as news he heard through the grape vine.

Jimin works for KBS TV as an assistant to some of the most famous directors on the channel, but that's all he is. an assistant. He wishes he can be more, he wishes he can  be one of those great directors but he needs to start somewhere. He's already going to school for it but he hasn't told anyone, not even Namjoon... or Taehyung. 

"Are you going to go and help with the filming?" Yoongi asks curiously. Jimin shakes his head as he pushes the hard boiled egg that floats in his ramen around with his chopsticks. 

"Ani, I'm just an assistant. I normally just stay at the base they have here. I stay in the green room most of the time with the directors." Yoongi nods his head in understanding and begins asking a multitude of questions that Jimin gets all the time.

"Have you ever met any big celebrities? Lee Minho? Park Shin Hye? Any kpop idols who also act? CHOI MINHO!" Jimin's eyes go wide as Yoongi shows more emotion than he has in the five hours they've been out together. Jimin laughs loudly and pulls out his work bag. He hands Yoongi a small journal and as the now blonde boy flips through it, he can't believe his eyes.

"You get autographs from all of them!" Yoongi shouts in surprise. Jimin lets out a giggle as he watches the boy flip frantically through the pages. 

"One day I'm going to sell it. I'm sure I'll get alot of money for the signatures in there. I'm just waiting for it to fill up some more." Yoongi kindly hands it back to the boy and bows slightly in thanks. 

"I've gotta get going, I start work soon." Jimin packs the journal into his bag and stands up but not before shoving the hard boiled egg into his mouth, savoring the taste that the soup infused into the hard absorbent yolk. Before walking towards his car he notices a slightly gloomed Yoongi.

Yoongi looks down at his finished bowl of ramen as Jimin begins to leave for work. He doesn't like this part, watching Jimin leave. It only meant he'd be alone in his apartment, missing Jungkook. He watches Jimin's retreating figure, only to suddenly find himself looking a bit further down than his backside. Yoongi gulps when he realizes that Jimin's behind looks big in the tight leather pants he's wearing today. He closes his eyes and tries to imagine Jungkook, the only man who should be in his thoughts but all he sees if Jimin's curves. 

"Actually, want to come to work with me?" Jimin asks as he drives back to the curb they were eating by. Yoongi smiles and nods quietly, getting into the car and clicking his seat belt as Jimin speeds off towards the KBS building. 

*A/N* Ok guys I know this is super short but bare with me, I'm breaking hiatus because I miss you guys sooooooo much! I'm feeling better so I figured I should post. It's been eating away at me that I couldn't post so I wrote something really quick (and by quick I mean it took me an hour).  I hope I don't have to take a break again but this is a reoccurring thing. However, I will give warning  before I decide to take a break and it will be rare. I normally muscle through it but it was really bad this time around so I needed a break. I'm sorry for the ambiguity. Anyways, I'm hopefully back for good and my mind is flooding with ideas so I will be posting more often.  Also this isn't edited, not even proofread so I'm sorry for any mistakes.
