I smile when I see Jake's range rover rolls into the driveway. My dad and his wife join me outside as Jake parks next to me. He smiles and gets out of his car. "Hey." He walks over to me and gives me a hug. Even though we broke up, we're still pretty close. "Erm she fell asleep about ten minutes before I called." He laughs a little. He opens the door and I smile when I see her, passed out. I get in front of him and unbuckle her car seat.
"Baby Aubrey." I mumble and pick her up. I move and lay her against my chest as Jake closes the door. My dad shakes hands with Jake and grabs some of Aubery's bags.
I walk over to my step-mom and she takes Aubrey.
"Oh look at you..You're so cute." May cooh's.
