To say having a popular older sister is amazing would be an overstatement especially when she's dating your best friend. She's actually a couple of years older than him while I'm four year younger than her. That doesn't mean I can't fall in love with him.

y/sister/n is the biggest slut in school. And yes, I called my own sister a slut. It's true though. She has a lot of one night stands. It's exactly why I always sleep over at Shawn's place, specifically with Aaliyah since she's like a sibling to me. I'm already traumatized by the sound of her moans while her bed hits the wall and could be heard from my room. It's the most disturbing thing a person could ever hear.

I honestly feel bad for Shawn. He gives everything to her yet she just leaves him then fucks another guy. Once she finds out that he has moved on, she goes back to him and separates him and his new girlfriend just so she could have him. It's like a never ending cycle that has been going on for the past year and I'm on the edge of murdering her for it. She can hurt me by dating the one I love but once she hurts him too, she has crossed the line.

"Hey Aaliyah." I said, sitting beside her on the couch once I got in their house.

"Hey y/n. Do you think you can do me a favor?" She asked, looking up at me.

"Sure, what is it?"

"Slap some sense into my brother."

"Let me guess, y/s/n cheated on him again?"

"Yes! It's like a cycle that keeps going on forever! Thank God you're not like her." She exclaimed. "You actually have a heart, unlike her and you would probably do a better job as his girlfriend than her!"

"Okay, where is he then? I'm gonna go talk to him."

"Backyard, sitting by the pool."

I stood up and went over to the glass door. It was a little bit gloomy outside yet there he is, sitting on the edge of the pool, wearing nothing but board shorts, and splashing his feet around every once in a while. I rolled my leggings up before walking out and sitting beside him.

"Hey." I said, looking over at him.

"Hey." He replied, bluntly.

"What did she do this time?"

"Aaliyah told you, didn't she?"

"Yeah."

There was an awkward silence between us and the only sound there is happens to be our feet moving around in the water. I just sighed and let the feeling of my feet submerged in water calm me. His leg would occasionally rub against mine, making me bite my lip to hold back a smile.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I spoke up.

"I didn't want to bother you. I always tell you whenever we break up and I didn't want you to think less of your own sister." He explained, finally meeting my eyes.

"I tried to warn you that she was a player who wants to get everything she can't have, didn't I? Besides, I already think less of her. I lost all my respect for her ever since she stole my Care Bear stuffed toy from me when I was five. You, of all people, should know that."

He chuckled at my childish excuse and shook his head. "It was just a blue teddy bear with a logo of a rain cloud stitched on it's stomach."

"But it was Grumpy Bear! I loved that teddy bear!"

"You're so cute." He muttered.

"Uh... What?"

I was clearly taken back by his response to my whole "she stole Grumpy therefore I despise her" thing. He looked over at me with a smirk but before I could ask why he was smiling like that, I was pushed into the pool.
