The New Guy [Michael Jackson]

First Day Of Grade 10

~Jada's POV~
"Hey Nicki!" I greet my bestie as I get to the school.
"Hey Jada!" She squeals as she pulls me into a hug.
We pull back and smile at each other.
"Oh my god, Jada! Did you hear that we're getting a new guy in our class? I hear his name is Michael!"
"Oh. I didn't know that! That'll be nice!" I smile.
Everybody starts screaming so, Nicki and I walk over to see what's going on.
We see a good looking, tall, black guy walk through the door. I can't help but stare at him. He's so gorgeous!
He notices me staring at him so he smiles at me. I smile back embarrassed.
He walks up to me and says,
"Hi! I'm Michael. What's your name?"
"I-I, uh, I'm J-Jada." I stutter.
"That's a nice name Jada." He smiles and I blush.
"Thank you Michael."
"You're very welcome. We should hang out sometime." He says and walks away.
"Daaaaammmmmn!" Nicki shouts.
"I know! He's gorgeous!" I say.
"You got that right, girl!" She chuckles as we keep staring at Michael.
I think I'm catching feelings for him. Am I?
