Wouldn't you like to lay with me,
watching the stars until we fall asleep?
Just spend one night not living, but being.
we could be content,
with just each other.
We don't even need to talk,
or whisper something sweet,
though that'll get me by quite nicely.
And maybe,
this could be the start of something beautiful.
and if not,
as long as you're still in my life,
that's all I need to really get by.
