He looks very handsome and pretty muscular for someone who (Izuku thought) only stayed in his throne or his chambers the whole day. He was probably trained as a warrior as well. The look on his face is cold and almost detached, but he doesn't blame him for that, he lost both his parents after all. No, it was ever worse: they were taken from him. However, that doesn't justify his actions towards innocent people.
