"Well that's a problem..." I murmured.

"What is?" Renesmee asked. I pulled down my sleeve.

"Nothing." I got off my bed and left the room.

I bumped into Tomy on the stairs.

"Ready to go?" He asked. I nodded and we both ran down the stairs together.

"We're going out!" I shouted out.

"It's nearly bedtime!" Jasper shouted back.

"She'll be back before then!" Tomy promised.

We ran until we were far out enough so that Uncle Edward wouldn't catch our thoughts.

We were on a deserted road by this point. Trees lined either side. Behind us was our house and in front stood Daniel and Lavender. We walked over to them. Danny pushed away from his tree that he had been leaning against and hugged me. We kissed briefly then I hugged him again.

I looked over at the trees behind us as I hugged Daniel. A man stared straight back. A man wearing black clothes. He would have been almost camouflaged into the trees if it wasn't for his ruby red eyes.

"Shit!" I swore, pulling back from Daniel.

"What?" Daniel asked, looking behind us. But the vampire had gone.

"Vampire," I hissed. Danny was about to launch himself into the trees but I placed my hand on his arm to stop him. "It's too late. He's gone."

"Who was it?" Lavender asked. Danny closed his eyes as he breathed in the vampire's scent.

"Demetri." Danny growled.

"That's a bit of a problem..." Lavender muttered.
