34. Meet

We stopped at an empty park. I spotted Danny there.

"Want to meet my boyfriend?" I smiled. Tomy's dark eyes flashed around the area and landed on the vampire.

"Sure." We got out of the car. I shut my door and skipped over to Danny. Tomy followed.

Danny smiled as he saw me.

"I've missed you." He told me. We hugged then I pulled away slightly.

"Danny, this is my brother Tomy."

"Nice to meet..." Tomy's voice trailed off as his eyes scanned Danny.

"Yeah... We've already met."

"When?" I asked, surprised.

"Back in Texas at the cemetery." Danny replied.

"What actually happened was that Thomas was fighting Danny. I came back to Samantha's grave to get you. I saw Danny and as he was fighting off Thomas, I guessed he was the vampire you had told me about.

"I shouted at Danny to go. I then started fighting Thomas so that when Jasper came, he would be long gone." Tomy told me.

"So no awkwardness then..." I giggled.

"I want to thank you, Tomy. Shannon and I have tried our hardest to stay secret from your family. It would be terrible if that was blown." Danny said, sincerely.

Tomy smiled in response.

"Anything for my sister. But seriously, you hurt her and I hurt you."

"Tomy..." I sighed.

"I promise I won't." Danny was still sincere so Tomy nodded.

"Well... Welcome to the family, man." They both shook hands.

I smiled, happy that this had gone so well.
