"Well, how long was I gone?" Sam asks.

"About a year and a half." Dean says.

"What? I was downstairs f-- I don't remember anything. So, how'd I get back? Was it Cas?" Sam asks.

"Not exactly." Dean says.

"Dean, what did you do?" Sam asks.

"Me and Death--"

"Death?! The horseman?"

"I had leverage. It's done."

"You sure?"

"It's over. Slate's wiped."

"Well, isn't that just neat and clean?" Bobby questions.

"Yes, it is. For once." Dean says.

"Is there anything else I should know?" Sam asks.

"No." Dean answers after a moment. "Another beer?"

"Uh, yeah." Sam nods.

Miranda is cleaning up the kids' dishes and Sam is sitting on the couch and watching the news, trying to figure some stuff out.

"Mama!" He stops at the familiar voice, hearing the footsteps run down the stairs.

"Yeah, baby?" Miranda turns to her.

"I finish." Carly hands her the plastic plate.

"Thank you, baby." Miranda puts it in the sink. "Hey." She kneels in front of her daughter. "There's somebody in the living room and I know he's going to be really excited to see you."

"Who?" Carly asks.

"Your daddy." Miranda says.

"But we already saw him." Carly whispers.

"I know." Miranda whispers back. "But he has no memory of the past few months so it's like he's a whole new person. And it's kind daddy. Not the one you've had recently."

"So he doesn't know he was here?"

"Nope. It's like the past few months are gone. How did you get so smart for three?"

"You and daddy." Carly says like it's obvious making Miranda softly laugh.

"Okay, well, go see your daddy. It's been a while." Miranda says.

Carly goes into the living room.

"Daddy!" She runs to him.

"Hey." Sam softly smiles, letting her crash into him. He feels his eyes tear up as he feels how much bigger she is, noticing the height difference from last year. She pulls away after a bit and Sam studies her. Her hair's a bit longer and her blue eyes shine brighter, her cheeks a bit smaller.

He softly smiles at her, stroking her cheek and kissing her forehead.

"You got so big, baby. Look just like your mommy. You're so beautiful." Sam says making her giggle.

"Thank you." She says, hugging him again. "I miss you."

"I missed you, too, baby girl." Sam tightly holds onto her.

After talking with Carly for a while, Sam amazed by how much she's grown and how much better her vocabulary is, she ends up enticed by a Disney movie and her dolls.

"Hey." Sam turns to Miranda who is standing at the bottom of the stairs. "Wanna meet your second kid?"

Sam quickly nods, following her upstairs and to the room they always sleep in. He slows down at the crib, the one year old boy standing up in it.
