Chapter 26: Fire and Vice.

Start from the beginning

Sean rolled his eyes. And he wondered why Black didn't have many supporters. Sarcastically speaking of course. It was very obvious.

"Headmaster. What I was doing up there was-" Fig had tried to say.

"Foolishly chasing Children's Stories, no doubt." Black said. "But what do I expect from the guy who teaches Magical Theory?"

"Is this all you've come to do, Headmaster? Because I need to get back to-" Fig started to ask not taking any of Black's Crap.

"But the reason I'm speaking to you now, is because now, the Former Headmistress of Hogwarts, this... Nina Fitzpatrick... wants me to allow you and the Celt access to my Office. And I demand an explanation as to why." Black demanded.

"You didn't ask her?" Fig asked.

"No. I didn't ask her. Do you think I'm stupid?" Black asked.

"Yes." Sarah wanted to answer so badly. And Sean was very close to saying it too. But he restrained himself.

"Does this have anything to do with you chasing down Goblins again?" Black asked. "The Goblins are just a bunch of Money Suckers who's threat is of no concern to us." And he seemed so confident about that statement. Even if it was wrong.

"But they've got new weapons." Sean interrupted standing up now. "I know because I had to rescue Adelaide's Uncle at one of the Goblin's Fortress and encountered them there. Ranrok had a Super Mech that was-"

But Black had just laughed. "Oh please. The Goblins don't have the brains to put together a functioning Mechanical item." He dismissed. "And you wonder why I don't have to waste on trivial concerns."

Sean wasn't laughing.

And the Headmaster in all of his glory had simply just walked past Sean. "Which reminds me. Celt! You and Miss. Oakes traversed off Hogwarts Grounds, even though Miss. Oakes was forbidden to leave said Grounds. No?" He asked.

"What are you saying?" Sean asked smelling a threat.

"What I am saying is this, Celt. That you and Miss. Oakes broke a rule of not obeying a Professor." Black answered.

"You going to give me detention?" Sean asked.

"Well, not you. You weren't forbidden." Black answered. "But I am going to give it to Miss. Oakes. As for you, Celt. You're playing a dangerous game right now. Don't forget that this is still my School. The Sorting Hat may have put you in Ravenclaw, but don't think for a second that you belong at this prestigious school. With your Pagan Ways, and your outrageous ideas of Celebrations. Good day to you." And he walked out to an annoyed Sean, Sarah, and Fig.

"He gives me Headaches." Sarah commented with hissing sounds coming out of her mouth.

"Same with me." Fig agreed.

"What was the point of him even coming in here?" Sean asked.

"Probably because he's just a pompous jerk. That's really all I can think of." Fig answered. "Don't worry about it too much, you two. You should focus on your studies while I figure out how to deal with the Headmaster."

"Oh, Sean. I almost forgot." Sarah said. "Poppy wanted to speak with you about something."

"Poppy?" Sean asked. "Did she say why?"

"She said she had some news about the Poachers." Sarah answered.

"I'll see what she's up to. It's been a while since I've talked to her." Sean decided.

"You might want to bundle up, Mr. Cormag." Fig advised. "I saw some Snowflakes earlier. I think you know why."

"Right." Sean remembered. "Winter is Coming."
