Law's POV

Gusto kong matawa sa sarili ko. Just a few days ago, I was in tears over the fact that the girl I love now loves someone else. Now, we're even talking about her boyfriend as if it's the most normal thing in the world.

Isa kang martyr, Law.

I went inside the church and knelt in front of God while I was waiting for Tiffany. Nandoon siya sa office ni Father, iniaabot ang donasyon ng Lola niya.

Lord, is what I'm doing the right thing to do? Should I really remain at Tiffany's side even though I'm hurting inside? I want to be here to help her in anything she needs but...was I just being cruel to myself?

When we were talking about Gael, I felt like I was being stabbed in the heart. I wanted to leave Elysian and run back to Europe. But Lord, when she's not around, I miss her. I keep thinking for ways to see her.

Why do I have to love her when she's not going to be mine? Why does it still have to be Tiffany?

Please guide me, Lord. I'm really confused right now.

I sat down and let out a silent exhale. Pagtingin ko sa likuran ay nagulat ako dahil naririto na rin pala si Tiff. Nakaluhod siya ilang upuan ang layo sa akin at nakapikit habang nagdadasal.

Nalungkot ako habang iniisip na hindi na ako kasama sa mga dasal niya, kaya tumayo na lang ako at lumabas na ng simbahan. I waited for her to finish her prayers before we left.

"Balita ko may ipapatayo ka ring grocery store at restaurant dito? Totoo ba 'yon?" She asked me.

"Oo, nagawa na ang restaurant sa mall. Naka-schedule naman ang pagdadala ng mga materyales dito para sa grocery store. Kumusta pala ang mga tanim sa hacienda ng Lola mo? I heard that's where we'll get the ingredients for the resto."

"Nabanggit nga iyon ni Papa sa akin. Do you want to visit the farm today? Maaga pa naman..."

Napangiti ako. "Talaga? Ayos lang?"

"Oo naman. You're our client. You have the right to see it for yourself."

Nawala ang ngiti sa labi ko at tumango na lang ako.

Alam ko namang trabaho ang dahilan kaya niya ako sinamahan ngayon pero sana 'pag tumagal na, itrato niya na rin ako bilang kaibigan niya. Kahit 'yun lang, kuntento na ako. Kahit hindi niya na ulit ako mahalin...

Nag-park na ulit ako sa tapat ng mansion pagkarating sa Hacienda Yllana. I must say, I like it here. Sobrang fresh ng hangin at ang ganda ganda ng tanawin. No wonder Tiffany chose to live here.

"You know how to ride horses, right?" She smirked.

"Of course. Are we going to ride one?"

"Mas madali kaysa maglakad lang tayo. Tsaka hindi sementado lahat ng daan dito kaya mapuputikan lang ang kotse mo."

Sinundan ko siya papasok ng kwadra. She seemed really happy. "This is Armonia, my horse since I was a kid. Hey girl, meet Law." Kumaway ako sa kabayo niya kaya natawa siya. "You can have my cousin's horse for today. That's Chief."
