Well not actually, since I finally got around to watching a few summaries about the last season (damn, around 11 years took for this saga to 'finish' ;-;). Tbh I had a few expectations about Crystallised, but in the build-up was somewhat satisfying, only for the final battle to kinda disappoint...

Anyway! That aside! Let's see the plot: As much as Azul would deny that everything could go back to normal, old habits die hard. Unfortunately for everyone, old misterious faces become new threats along the exciting tournament of elements.

A smol trigger warning for a bit of gore and implying of it. It's towards the end, but still... :3

Now onto the ninja!

Ortho was an early bird unfortunately. So whenever Azul would wake up, the white haired boy would walk silently towards the living room of the apartment, rubbing his eyes and yawning, before heading to a certain spot and grabbing the younger boy from there. "Good morning!" the boy awkwardly smiled, making Azul to creak a tired smile. "You will have to work on your stealth if you wanna be as good as your brother." He teased, before heading towards the kitchen, opening the small TV on the counter.

'Good morning, Ninjago' the news Channel filled in for the small silence in the kitchen. Ortho would pass around, fetching to Azul whatever he needed to make some breakfast.

Suddenly tho, Azul felt a looming presence behind him.

"Zu-"

SLAP!

"oh dear... Idia... You scared me! I'm so sorry!" Azul apologized as he looked at the unfazed Idia, who blocked his attack in time before he would be made a pancake on the floor. The blue haired boy exhaled as he hugged Azul from behind, resting his head on his shoulder. "1. Morning... 2. This went on for weeks... Sure you good?" He grumbled.

Azul looked down at his hands, before he exhaled. "Yeah... Yeah... I'm good... Perfectly fine!" He declared. "Good... Because today is the big day..." Idia mumbled, Azul almost seeing the other sweating for his life.

"Your parents coming for a visit..." "And?" "And Malleus paying his first visit to Vanrogue after all this time..." Azul exhaled. "Remind me, why your parents want to take Ortho tho... And also moved in the city as well?" The white haired boy mused.

"Something in between the lines of 'ninjago it's very dangerous' and also 'Your brother starts college and you just got transfered to another school'..." ortho mimicked his parents's worried tones. "That checks out..." Azul exhaled.

"Good morning..." A 4th tired voice was heard as a yawning Malleus made his way in the kitchen, hugging both Azul and Idia. "What did I miss?" The tallest of the 3 asked. "Today is the big day, Mr Malleus!" Ortho beamed from the table. "Well... The big day sure will start once I finish breakfast... Which would be possible if SOMEONE didn't squish me first thing in the morning." Azul mused.

Serving breakfast was also a bit awkward with ortho around. But it was short lived before the boy in question had to prepare for school and leave early as Idia would drive him there. Once ortho left to prepare for school, that's when the awkward silence dissappeared.

Thunk!

Idia jolted out of his daze once Azul stuck aggressively a knife into the cutting board. "Darling... You seem unsettled." "what gives you that idea?" Malleus pointed at the knife stuck to board. "You used to stab things or people when you were unsettled..." The tallest of the 3 mused, at which Azul groaned.
