It was now 19:35 and I was currently sitting at the dinner table next to Liv while eating Mac and cheese.
We all finished our food. "Thanks for the food hay." I smiled and she smiled back in response. Gabriel helped Hay clean up the table and me and Liv were just chatting. When suddenly I got called. "Sorry but I have to pick this up it's Issey and Hana." "It's okay Mel, we're all done eating." Hayley said, I nodded and went upstairs to my room. I sat down on my bed and joined the FaceTime call.
"Hii girls!" I said excitedly "Hi mels" they both said in sync. "So what's up?" I asked "We are just wondering how you are doing." Issey said. "Well i'm alright. how are you?" "I'm good." Issey said "Yeah me too." Hana added "But to be honest the main reason why we called you is because. We wanted to know how you and Kylian are." Issey smirked. "We know y'all aren't together, yet but yeah we are really just interested." Hana said. I sigh "Uhmm" "Ai that didn't sound convinced.."Hana said "I know." I sighed again "What happened?" Issey asked worried "Nothing much I'm just like overthinking a situation." "You're great at overthinking." Hana joked and I glared at her in response. "Sorry, sorry." She chuckled "No cause Mels what happened" Issey asked again. "Well long story short. I was scrolling through the comments of Kylian's latest post and saw that a girl commented a red heart emoji and Kylian also replied with a heart emoji. Me being me I looked the girls name up, which is Emma Smet, and apparently they dated for a while but Kylian broke up with her like 9 months ago. What if they are seeing each other again?" I explained fast and sighed at the end. "WoW that was a lot information at once and that also went really fast." Issey said "Sorry." I chuckled "But what am I supposed to do now. What if they are seeing each other again." "Mel you're overreacting. It's probably nothing. Maybe they're just friends and nothing more." Hana tried to comfort me. "yeah maybe." I sighed "Just text him." Issey said "Yeah uhm about that.. I was kinda being rude to him because I was pissed." "You dumb ass." Hana said "I know right. Ugh I'm so dumb." "What did you say." Hana asked "I first ignored his messages and then he saw that and started texting me more. Then I finally responded with a 'I can't text right now.' message" I said and face palmed myself "Well them text him again." Issey suggested. "Yeah just text him again and say why you were upset." Hana added "Yeah maybe y'all are right. I will text him when we end the call." I smiled
The three of us kept talking for a while and it was currently 21:00. "Girls I think imma go." I said "Yeah me too kinda tired. I'm going to watch some Netflix." Hana said "Yeah I think I will do the same Han." Issey said "Don't forget to text Kylian, Mel." Hana spoke again. "Yeah don't forget, Mel and let us know what he answered." Issey added. "I will text him right after this. And yes I will let y'all know, tomorrow " "Great!" They both said in sync "Goodnight loves" I smiled "Goodnight smelly." Issey said "Goodnight Mel." Hana said I smiled and ended the call.
I put my phone down and quickly got ready for bed. I also took a selfie in the mirror and posted it on my Instagram story, because why not.
