It feels like I've known her for a long time

Melany's pov:

We danced to a few more songs when he said. "Wanna go and sit somewhere? I don't feel like dancing anymore and I wanna get to know you a little better, if that's okay for you ofc."
"Yeah ofc why not." I smiled

He grabbed me by my hand and lead me to a place where you can sit.
Once we found a seat we both sat down.

"So tell me more about yourself." He said
"Well uhm, I'm Melany, I'm 20 and I moved from London to Paris a few days ago with my sister and my friend. I also like Italian food, I can't drive, I mean I can I have my drivers license but I'm not the best at driving, if you know what I mean... . Uhmm what else do I like well I like to cook not that I'm good at it but yeah oh and I also like to read and that's it i guess?" I said

"What about you what do you like or do? I know you're a famous footballer but what else do you like?" I asked
"Well I like to football ofc. I also like Italian food and to sleep, uhhh I like to party and hangout with my teammates.
I live alone with my dog Nalu, I have a brother, Ethan and that's it I think" he smiled

"How old is Nalu and what breed is she?" I asked "well she is a bordor collie and she is 1 year old" He replied
"Aww that breed is so cute I love dog's" I smiled "so why did you move from London to Paris if I may ask?" He asked

"Uhm so well long story short. I lived alone with my mom in a small apartment. Hayley my sister already moved out in her own apartment. And let's just say the situation between my mom and I wasn't the best." I said.
"She drunk a lot and didn't care about me at all. I always was her least favourite child she said I was useless and one time we were in an huge argument and I remember she said "do you think I wanted a daughter like you? I never wanted you in the first place" and that's were I drew the line and I moved in with Hayley. It was always a dream of Hayley, Olivia and me to move to Paris with the three of us and we thought this was the perfect time. So we moved" I said

"Wow I'm sorry you had to go through that." He said genuinely
"well I'm glad you moved to Paris otherwise I wouldn't have met you" he smiled I blushed. "Yeah me to.." I said

I saw Hayley and Liv walking towards me "hey sorry to bother you guys but it's getting late and we'd like to go home Mel" Hayley said "Okay,I'll be there soon"
"We are going outside already, we will wait for you there" Olivia said
"Ty for tonight Kylian. It was nice meeting you." I said while standing up.
"It was nice meeting you to Melany." '

I then walked away but was then pulled back by my arm. I looked back to see who it was and saw Kylian standing in front of me.

"Before I forget, can I have your number cause I don't want to risk not seeing you anymore" he said while scratching he's neck "oh yes uhm of course." I smiled "******** there you go" I smiled
" bye Mel goodnight!" He waved
"Goodnight Kylian." I waved back while making my way to the door

I saw Hayley and Olivia and ran up to them "hey girls, sorry that I wasn't with y'all last night I'm really really sorry" I said " hey it's okay it's not that you meet Kylian Mbappé every day is it?" Olivia said "well no but still I'm sorry you guys" I apologised
"it's okay really, I'm glad you had fun tonight Mel." Hayley said while giving me a hug and then we all walked to Hayley's car and drove back home.

Kylian's pov:

I made my way over to Neymar
"Hey man sorry I wasn't with you tonight, but I went to talk to that girl from earlier tonight. She really is amazing." I said
"It's okay Kylian, I really don't mind"  "Anyways I'm going home I'm tired see you tomorrow?" I said
"Yeah see you tomorrow man goodnight." Neymar said "goodnight!" I said walking away and made my way over to my car and drove home.

Once I was home I quickly showered and put on some joggers. After I did that I made myself some tea and decided to text Melany goodnight.

Melany's pov:

I got home, I took a shower and got changed. I went downstairs to get some water and said my goodnights to Hayley and Liv. I went back upstairs and saw that I got a message from an unknown number. My face lit up when I saw the message was from kylian.

"goodnight mel x" I read

I accepted the message and answered back
