The World Cup was a grand occasion for celebration for many reasons, first, all loved Quidditch wether they enjoyed playing it or not—it seemed one thing every wizard had in common was the excitement of watching the game
Second, the cup was happening so close to all of them and each member had successfully snatched tickets to watch the game—adding even more excitement upon them all as they restlessly prepared for the finals and discussed only quidditch amongst themselves for months following up to the day of the game
Astird was rather lucky that her parents both enjoyed the game, for it was often becoming rare for the family of four to gather together and enjoy activities such as these
