Scenario:
Katsuki and Izuku have been dating for about three years now. It started because they were having sex all the time and couldn't quite stand not having it be for romantic reasons. They'd been in love with each other for quite some time beforehand but neither of them wanted to say anything to the other because they didn't want the other to know. It came out from Izuku on one of the many nights they'd gotten drunk together. Katsuki, also being drunk off his ass, explained that he felt the same way. They slept together that night and in the morning actually made it official.
