I opened the message
Read it right through
"I'm sorry but I don't want a girlfriend" it said
Had he really thought it through?
I really liked you
But I was kind of expecting this
Even though I shouldn't
I know having you I'm gonna miss
No cuts
No tears
No hope
No fears
I put away your memories
Keep them in box
Don't want to look at them
Will just make the crying set off
I'm strong on the surface
Getting more each day
Hope that you'll realise
Just what you did one day
