"But I can't go back to her anymore,no more.

Nate just couldn't come back to you because he lost all trust and faith in you,and you always made excuses when he wanted you to come over.

"You tell me you were happier with him but you want me to stay
And you tell me that you needed time when you pushed me away.

When you two broke up and you did move on,you still wanted to be friends with him,but he wished you two were more than friends.
But whenever you told him you needed space you wouldn't even maintain to contact him which made him worry abit.

"I wanna go back forget that it's over

Jack hated that you two broke up and when you told him you had moved on it just teared his heart to pieces and he just wanted you back so badly and he wanted to forget you ever left him and once you were by his side again he just imagined that you two never broke up.

Sammy
"And when you try to take me back my heavy heart just breaks but I can't lift the weight

When you left him and moved on then came back to him,he just imagined the other guy with you doing stuff that you and Sammy would do,made him emotional inside but he didn't show his emotions to you.
