pt7- apoloies all round

i woke up to blaise jumping on my bed while draco was brushing his teeth in his bathroom with the door open, i looked over at the clock and it was 20 minutes until we had to be at the great hall for breakfast. it was about a week after the goblet of fire thingy, everything seemed just the same still although the first task is coming up soon, no one really knows what's going on with that and thats about it i think.

"get off blaise, i have 20 minutes" i moaned pulling the covers over my head as he continued to jump

"ha- now you know how we felt when you did it to us" blaise laughed "now get up before i hex you" he smirked. i got out of bed slowly then looked back at blaise with the dirtiest look. "don't look at me like that, your the one that makes us late 24/7" he complained as i walked into the bathroom and got ready for breakfast. i was almost ready and sat on my bed pulling up my socks when we heard a knock at the door

"i'll get it" draco shouted even though we were all in the same room, he walked to the door and pulled it open dramatically "hello there? who might you be?" draco said with a flirty tone

"hi, is Rebecca there?" a Scottish voice came from the door, a familiar one

"umm yeh, just on her bed, Rebecca?" i turned around to face the door. it was cho

"oh hi cho, you can come on in" i smiled as she walked in slowly. she admired our room as she walked to my bed. me and cho are friends but not as well as her and harper, they get on well kinda like me and the gryfindoors

"be fast will you? we have breakfast remember" draco complained while checking himself in the mirror

"i just wanted to give you this" cho handed me a bracelet, it was harper's "it was in my bedroom and i couldn't find harper anywhere" she smiled looking down at my hand holding the bracelet. "could you give her it for me?"

"yeh, of course" i nodded as she walked towards the door "she's quite clumsy isnt she" i smiled

"yeh. i guess you could say that" she smiled "well i better go now, tell her i was looking for her will you?" she walked out of the dorm as i nodded "see you all later"

"yeh, bye cho" i smiled as i shut the door "why was harper's bracelet in cho's room?" i asked while the boys were looking at themselves in the mirror

"maybe she just dropped it?" blaise answered

"or maybe, she took it off?" draco added both looking rather smart in their uniform "i don't know why your overthinking this, it's just a bracelet"

"yeh your right, i'll put it on my wrist to give her later" i smiled while placing the bracelet on my wrist.

as we entered the great hall the smell of sweat treats and breakfast hit me, the same smell as every morning. the floating candles were on and everyone was , well everyone was happy. it was great to see the great hall like this and it is always quite a pick-me-up when you not feeling the best i guess. me draco and blaise walked to the spot we always sit and and sat down. the table had food up and down it as it always does. everyone laughing and enjoying themselves before school actually started. but no harper. i though she'd be here before us with the other two, but no.

we sat and picked what we wanted to eat and chatted about whatever, i was still wondering where harper was. the boys were chatting about quidditch and how there was no games this year because of the goblet of fire.

"i think it's ridiculous that they would do that, it's not fair" draco complained before eating his toast

"exactly we aren't all like potter and get to go in the tournament" blaise rolled his eyes then looked over to me "where is harper? should she be here by now?"
