Chapter 34

The sun rays woke both of you up and you two

couldn't help but smile at each other. "Good morning handsome" you said

cheerfully "Good morning beautiful" "I don't know about you but that

was the best sleepover I ever been to" you joked.

"I couldn't agree more" he

leaned over to kiss you. He moved back but you went in for another quick kiss.

"We should get up since I promised you boys a day out" .

Harry looked at his

phone, "the boys have been waiting for over an hour" he said as he typed

away. "Alright tell them I am taking you guys to a secluded beach".

You took the towel from the floor and covered yourself and went to

change.

"Babe I am going to go get clothes from my room. I'll meet

you with the boys" "Alright see you guys in 15 minutes" you shouted as you put

on your bikini. You put a sun dress above it and you grabbed your sunglasses

and sandals before heading to Louis' room where all the boys were at.

"Someone

has the after morning glow" Louis joked when he saw you. "I don't know what you

are talking about" you played innocently but you couldn't hide your cheeky

smile. "Paul has the car ready to go" Liam said so everyone could start heading

down.

You drove down Pacific Coast Highway into Orange County and stopped at

one of the State Beaches. "This is beautiful!" Niall said as he looked down to

the ocean from the hilltop where you parked. "Let's unload the boards boys" Louis

demanded.

On the beach there was just a few people but they didn't

bother to boys even though three girls recognized them. You watched

them with Paul as they surfed and messed around in the water. Niall then ran up

to you and dragged you into the water and all the boys began to splash you.

You

tried to push them but a wave took all of you guys down and when you all

surfaced above the water you all went into hysterics because Zayn seemed so

terrified. The hours flew by since everyone was enjoying themselves.

The sun

seemed to be setting so Harry whispered into your ear "Do you want to walk with

me?" you nodded yes and you two made your way to the shoreline. The beach had

cleared up so you took his hand in yours as you walked.

"His name

was Zac" you said out of nowhere. "What?" "The guy who broke my heart,Zac. The

one I didn't want to talk about when you asked me about my past" Harry looked

at you without saying a word. You looked at him before finding the courage to

tell him more.

"We were together for almost two years. I thought he was the

love of my life. I followed him to New York since he wanted to pursue his

dream. I did anything for him and I put him before me.

One day I was cleaning

and saw a little box and I opened it to find an engagement ring. I

knew I was young but I couldn't wait for him to ask him to marry me.

The next

day I had to work a double shift at this restaurant and I saw him with another

girl. That ring was for her.

He used me because he knew I would have done

everything possible to help him out, like paying for rent. After

that day I had promised myself to only work for myself and not to let anyone in

anymore. I graduated from college and Tessa and I decided to move around until

we made London home."

"He is such an asshole for doing that to you" "He is an

asshole but if it wasn't for him I would have never learned to be strong and

independent"

"But you don't have to block out people because not

everyone is out to hurt you" "I don't think people mean to hurt others but life

always has it's own plan. I just rather prevent it from happening as much as

possible" "I think you can't always fight it. You just have to go

with it"

"I just don't know if I am capable of letting someone in completely

again" "I think you just let me in" he squeezed your hand.

You thought about it

and knew he was right because besides Tessa Harry was the only person that knew

the story of Zac. "You can't always be afraid to be loved" "I guess I had never

met someone until now that was worthy of letting in".

He smiled and looked you

in the eyes "I love you". "Harry" you whispered as you looked away. "You don't

have to say it back. I know it is going to take a while for you but I just want

to let you know that I love you".

You looked back at Harry "Why do you have to

be so perfect?". He laughed a bit "But I'm not perfect. I try really hard to be

the best I can to make you happy" "But why?" "Because everyone deserves to be

loved."

You didn't care if anyone was looking but you jumped on him and he held

you by your thighs as you kissed him. He smiled as did you but you couldn't

part from his lips. In your head you were yelling

I love you

Harry Styles!

But your pride and fear were holding in your words.
