Later that night Harry,Ron Myself and Regan somehow managed to again all fit under Harry's invisbilty cloak as we headed towards Hagrids hut to talk to him about the Chamber of Secrets, according to Harry and Tom Riddle Hagrid knows something about how to open the Chamber or whats lying within it. It was after cerfew when we headed towards Hagrids Hut on the edge of the forest, we thankfully get out with out even passing any teachers or prefects, we arrive at his door, shove the cloak off and knock on his door. He opens the door with a crossbow in our faces, he invited us in but he seemed really occupied on something else, he was pouring us some tea but spilled it because he wasn't payign attention, "are you alright Hagrid?" Harry asked him, i'm fine, i'm alright" Hagrid responded,"did you hear about Hermione?"Harry followed up by asking, Hagrid Simply nodded. All 4 of us looked at each other before Harry spoke, "Hagrid, look we have to ask you something, do you know who opened the chamber of secrets?" Hagrid replied "what you have to understand about that", he got cut off by a knock at the door, we quickly jumped under the cloak and tried to stay as quite as we could. Hagrid opened the door once we had safely placed the cloak over us and stood in the the corner of his hut, behind the door was Professor Dumbledore and some guy i've never seen before, this looks official.Ron informed us that the other guy was Cornelius Fudge from the ministry of magic, "Bad buisness Hagrid, very bad buisness, had to come free of tax on muggle borns,things have gone far enough, the ministry has to act" this guy speaks. What exactly does he mean by this, Dumbleodre stands up for Hagrid but its no use he claims that he has to take Hagrid with him, does he mean arrest him, but why, i'm confused. Hagrid protest his innocence but it doesn't change anthing. They are taking him to askaban prison only the witches and wizards who commit the worse crimes go there, poor Hagrid, there isn't anything that we can do. His hut door slowly opens to reveil Lucius Malfoy, god I really hate him.He walks into the hut like he owns the place, he walks towards us so we have to quickly move back. Lucuis claims he is looking for Professor Dumbledore because him and the other governers think that it's time he steps aside and is being suspended, what the hell is going on all of the sudden, of course it had to do with the blood status of witches and wizards. Dumbleodre happily steps aside. He walks up the Malfoy and says " Help will always be given at Hogwarts, to those that asks for it" and nods in out direction, of course he knew we was here. They walk out of the hut but not before Hagrid says "if anybody was looking for some stuff,then all they'd have to do is follow the spiders". We was left along to ponder with our thought, we left it a few minutes before departing from under the cloak just incase anyone came back in, I certainly was confused on all that just happened especially follow the spiders, did he mean it literally or not. Then all the sudden Ron noticed a long trail of spider up the wall and out the window of the hut. We made are way out the hut and followed the path the spiders were aking along the floor and into the forest, along the way i'm pretty sure Ron complained about the fact the he hates spiders and questioning why it couldn't of been follow something else. We followed them deep into the forest followed by fangs, it felt like we was walking for ages until the spiders lead us too a cave deep in the middle of tree roots, I guess we are heading down there, Ron still complaining of course, I'm glad I'm not alone doing this. The gave went on for a while and there was what sounded like somone muttering and then it spoke up asking us who is there and if we was Hagrid, was this one of Hagrids pets, I guess it must be.It slowlt made its way out the whole it was and it was huge, oh god, now i'm teriffied, why is it so big. Harry stuttered out " You're Aragog, aren't you?" Aragog apparently this thing has a name now responded really creepily might I add, " Yes, Hagrid has never sent men into our hollow before" I replied "He's in trouble. Up at the school there have been attacks, they think it's Hagrid, They think he opened the Chamber of Secrets like before." Aragog sounding annoyed responded "That's a lie, Hagrid never opened the Chamber of Secrets" "then your not the monster?" Harry asked.Aragog went on to explain, that yhe monster was born in thr castle where as he was given to Hagrid from a distant land in the pocket of a traveler,he also was very reluctent to tell us what exactly it was that kill the girl 50 years ago and is going round and killing/petrifying students, it's a creature that even the spiders fear above al others, Aragog claims that he has never actually seen this beast that is held in the chamber of secrets,when Hagrid was accused that's when he was brought into the forest. All while we was talking Ron and Regan were looking around until Ron pestered Harry into looking and when we looked up we noticed that we was now surronded by loads of baby spiders dangling down above us, this whole time that we was talking they was setting up for an attack on us. We was no completly surrounded by them now, we was happily on the way out of the cave but Aragog had other ideas, we was dinner. We slowly backing our way out scared to turn our backs, great, we was slowly running outof places to go, we went back to back grabbing our wands ready to attack but only Harry knew a spell but it wasn't strong enough,just when we thought we was about to die an old beaten up blue car came out of no where saving us from the spider well just enough to enter the car and escape the spiders, we made it out the cave and to a stop, thank god that I won't be dying by the hand of thousand of baby spiders tonight,SMASH, was all I heard next only to look up to see Ron half way out the window with a spider round his neck, ARANIA EXUMAI Harry shouted sending the spider flying in a flash of light. We need to get out of her and fast we was going as fast as we could in this car until finally we made it up into the air and on our way out the castle and back to Hogwarts and safety. Why in merlins beard would Hagrid send us to Aragog if he was going to kill us. I need sleep and fast, I just want to forget about this night and get on with my school work tomorrow. We arrived back at our common room with out being detected and straight into out rooms, quicky getting into out PJs and off to bed...

I didn't get much sleep at all last night mainly because I was scared to sleep and having a nightmare, I don't think Regan slept either because I know how much she hates Spiders but we need to get through todays lessons and not fall asleep especcially because we have Professor Snape first thing this morning after Breakfast, speaking of breakfast i'm actually quite hungry, I jump out of bed, make sure Reegs is up before heading towards the shower rooms to get washed and dressed. I waited for Regan to get dressed into her robes before meeting Harry and Ron downstairs at breakfast. Breakfast was no different than normal so we was finished pretty quickly and was on our way to the dungeons for Potions, the class I hate the most but even more when i'm tired. The lesson dragged massivly and it was super hard to stay awake, finally lesson was over and it was time for our next lesson, packed away my books and was out of the class trudging along and didn't even notice that Regan wasn't next to me until I went to speak to her, I turned back to the class entrance to see her talking to a tallish dark haired boy, I wonder if that's the one who stole her braclet, I wonder what he wants with her now. I waited for Reegs before heading to next class making a note to aks her what that was all about.
Regans POV.
Another exhausting potions class had finally finish. Leaving the room ,Lindsey slightly in front, we entered the busy corridor. Students brushing shoulders and knocking bags. That's why when I felt a strong grip on my wrist I didn't brush it off, just thinking it was a bag strap caught in my arm. Yanking me left towards the window I realised it wasn't a bag but a persons grip on me. Shocked I look to see who it was. To my horror it was the Ravenclaw boy who stole my bracelet.
"What do you want. Get off me!" I pulled my arm from him but he only held on tighter and grinned at me."Hey slow down princess, I just wanted to talk." He chuckled, loosening the grip slightly.
"Talk? Why would I want to talk to someone who stole from me?" His eyebrows drew closer together and he let go of my wrist."I didn't steal from you."
"So what was that whole situation with MY bracelet." How can he be this stupid, that bracelet was a gift from my parents and he knows that.
"Well if I recall the situation correctly you GAVE that to me." Folding his arms across his chest, he loomed over me.
"Well Yeah. I'm mean if you call blackmailing someone into giving you something a gift?...And Then you just grab me and act like nothing ever happened. I'm really upset..." He rolled his eyes but his expression softened. He unfolded his arms and put his hands in his rob pockets, fiddling with whatever was in them.
"Are you really that upset about the bracelet?" He looked out of the window as he asked me that.
"Yes, like I said to you when you took it... it was a gift." Students continue to bump my back so he pulled me closer to the window by my tie. "Oy!"
"I'm not going to stand here while you Bob back and forth getting bruises on your back" there was a short pause before he continued, "meet me in the astronomy tower tonight."
"What! Why would I do that?" Can't believe how bold he was, even now knowing how upset I am with him.
"Because if you want your bracelet back. You'll meet me at the tower." Smug. Smug. Smug. Smug. Smug. Written all over his face. I huff out in defeat.
"What time?"
"Hmm 10 or 11."
"Are you crazy all the teachers do there evening rounds between then!" Bewildered by his choice of time."Well someone as sly as you should have no problem then." He tapped the underside of my chin with his finger before walking off in the opposite direction. I can't believe this...
Lindseys POV
After about 5 minutes Regan had finished talking the mystery guy and started making her way towards me, I furrowed my eyebrows when she stood next to me for her to shrug her shoulder and walked off. Typical Reegs, I will get it out of her soon enough, she always cracks in the end. We walk quickly to out next class to avoid being late. The rest of the day consisted of lessons, study sessions, eating and talking. I went to visit Hermione in the hospital wing even though she probably doesn't know i'm there but still incase she does, i've let her know whats happened the recent days. I went to back to my room just as cerfew hit, sat up with Regan and chatted until it was time for lights out, my head hit the pillow and I was out.
Regan POV.
Pretending to be asleep was difficult enough but getting to the astronomy tower without getting caught felt near impossible. I must of gone though the journey a 100 time in my head. I turned to check on the time and it was 9:55. The moonlight lit the room perfectly so I wouldn't bump into anything on my way out. I could see Lindsey fast asleep in her bed. Hopefully this won't take long and I can get some rest too.
I had gone to bed in a pair of dark blue jeans, a maroon turtle-neck jumper and pair of white converse. I thought these would be the best shoes for being quiet. Thankfully Lindsey didn't see me slip into bed fully clothed. I sat up and tied my hair back into a loose ponytail before tiptoeing out of our room. Down the stairs and out to the moving staircases. The paintings where all fast asleep so I moved as quickly as I could, keeping an eye out for any of the teachers doing the evening rounds.
Almost there now. Just a left and up the astronomy staircase. The crystal blue moonlight was disturbed by yellow candlelight. I heard those footsteps before, it was Professor Snape. I dashed and hid behind the column just in-front of the astronomy staircase. He had just come down from the tower to check to see if there any students up there. Thankfully he didn't hear my panicked steps and sped off in the direction I just came from. Remembering what Ron's brothers told me , Professor McGonagall usually does her rounds after Snape.
Once the yellow candle light had completely gone I apprehensively made my way up the stairs. When I was at the top I whispered out "hey are you here?... I don't want to play any games." I looked around in any hiding spots and saw no one was here. I sighed disappointedly. I hope this wasn't a prank to get me in trouble. "You are so stupid" I said to myself before wondering in defeat over to the window. It was a beautifully clear night and i could see everything. The moon was stunningly bright. At least the journey was worth this view. My moment of peace was interrupted by movement in the reflection of the glass. I looked down at the reflection and to my horror i saw it...
Professor Mcgonagall POV
It was my turn to do the rounds on night watch, this meant walking round the entire school and going in everyone room, up every tower just to see of there is any students out of bed past curfew, it was currently 10:05pm when I reached the astromony tower, this was a place everyone went if they didn't want to get caught. I walked up the stairs and reached the top only to stop in horror when I saw Miss Nash lying still and stiff on the floor, poor girl has been petrified, we need to stop this before anyone else gets like this. I rushed to the hospital wing to grab a nurse and a stretcher for Miss Nash. I will inform Miss Udall and her friends tomorrow for now let just get her comfortable.
Ravenclaw Boy POV.
After dinner I given Luna my robe to take up to the dorm with her. I took the bracelet out of my pocket before handing the robe to her. I left the great hall just before dinnertime was over, heading to the gardens near the astronomy tower. No one ever looked out there on the evening rounds, so it was a pretty safe place to go. Getting back afterwards would be the problem. I have never been caught before but have had plenty of close calls.
I sat on the concrete floor and waited for time to pass by. My hands started to feel the evening frost start to kick in. Maybe I shouldn't of given my jacket to Luna. Sticking my hands in my pocket I felt the metal of the Gryffindor girls bracelet. I never planned on giving it back to her. Especially since my effort of changing the colour of the heart stone from red to blue didn't work. I was going to give it to my mother for her birthday seeing as i can't afford to get her anything nice. In my attempt to change the colour of the stone from red to blue, I only managed to make it half work. So now the stone was purple, the two colours had mixed together annoyingly. My mother still would of liked it but it would be much nicer if it was in her house colour. She was a Ravenclaw like me. She was so happy when she found out I was sorted into Ravenclaw and not Slytherin like my dad.
I felt a little bad about taking the bracelet from that girl but I knew my mum would of been happier with it, and by the looks of the girl she could get a replacement easy. But I guess she's sentimental.
I was knocked out of my thoughts by frantic voices coming from the tower. I creeped round the side and hopped though an open window. Hiding behind the column just in-front of the astronomy tower staircase. The Gryffindor girl must of got caught by a teacher, stupid girl why didn't she hide.
I slipped backwards more into the darkness as I heard several footsteps rush down the stairs. Why are they rushing ? Their voices sounded like they where panicking.Then I saw her. The Gryffindor girl laid on a hospital stretcher, froze in time. The teachers whisked her off to the hospital ward and I was left again in silence.
My heart sank. The shock paralysed me in place. This is my fault I should of just given her the bracelet earlier, I had it in my pocket the whole time we spoke this morning . The guilt began to take over me. I forgot all about the attacks that had been going on. The only reason I wanted her to meet me here so we could be alone and I could say I ruined her bracelet without her shouting at me and drawing attention. I also hoped she wouldn't want it back after I ruined it. And if she did want it back I was going to mess with her a little to get something in return . You know play a few mind games for fun, she seemed gullible enough to go alone with it. What have I done? I can only hope now that she will wake up and I'll give her the bracelet and leave her alone forever. This guilt won't leave me till that's done.
