Yvette finally finished telling how the "to have a satisfied, sophisticated and sensual soul" originated from.
"Wow. That's alot of details Mom.", I said. " Well all of it is true.", Mom said. My dad sighed and got up to look at their wedding pictures. "What's wrong dad?", I asked. " There's nothing wrong, Precious. It's just two things your mother forgot about on that day.", Dad said. I looked at him with a serious look on my face. "What did she forget?", I asked. " She forgot to mention that Malina came back but with problems and that I gave you a present as well. "I didn't forget about that. I just wanted you to tell her about those parts.", mom said. " Well, alright.", dad said.
Back in 1997 again
Now we're back at the birthday party for Zhen but with a different vibe from the previous story.
Fu's POV in 1997
After we got done singing for my daughter, we bagan eating the castle cake. "Does the groom want a slice of cake or is he gonna stare at me?", Yvette said. " Well if I do recall, Ms.Ways, you are the most gorgeous woman I have seen in my life. I hope your husband doesn't take offense about that.", I said. "Well sir, it's Mrs. Fang now and I don't think he would appreciate you trying to steal his wife.", Yvette said playfully. I chuckled. Yvette was always the goofy one between me and her. Yvette turned around and looked at something. Whatever she was looking at must've been hypnotizing because it looked like she zoned out. She turned back around and said, "Fu, can you hold for a minute? I gotta do something." "Of course. Anything for you, Denise.", I said. She was about to leave but she turned around and smirked at me. Denise is her middle name and she doesn't like being called that at all. With that, my beautiful wife left. I decided to go talk with her nephews and sister, Trish. It took me a while but I made to where they at. "Wassup Uncle Fu!", Micah said. " The sky and this surprise birthday. How have you been?", I said. "I been real good.", Micah said. " Where's Malachi, Trey and your mother?", I asked. "Moms is just chilling over there with the bridesmaids in that long white table. Malachi in the restroom and Trey with Jojo and Dalvin.", Micah said. Wow. Everyone seems scattered at this party. I opened my mouth for a response but I was interrupted by some loud noises. It sounded like yelling and screaming. I jogged my way out of the birthday party room back to the stairs. Devante had security guards downstairs and it sounded like a woman was screaming and yelling. "Why can't you let me go to the party?", the woman yelled at the guards. " Ma'am calm down. We'll check the list and see if you're on it.", one of guards said. "You know what?! Fuck that list! I'll just call Devante my damn self!!!", she said. Whoever she is, she seemed very unhappy. " Hello?...Devante. It's me, Malina. Can you tell these two skinhead ass niggas to let me go up to see you." Oh, so that's Malina. Malina wore a dress but it looked something was ripped off from it and her makeup looked like it was sweating off her. To be quite honest, it looks like she just got down having an affair. "Is it okay if i can come up Devante?", Malina asked. I think she got the answer that she wanted because she started smiling hard. "Thank you, Big Daddy!", Malina said. Although the guards' faces were plain, I could tell that they were highly disgusted with her reply just like I was. She quickly ran up all of the stairs in high heels and didn't manage to fall not to all. I honestly can see why Devante was acting so sad at the table. Malina came to the birthday party room and absolutely looked hideous compared to everyone else. She was pushing people out of the way just to get to Devante. "Move. Excuse me.....Get the fuck out of my way." , Malina said. My wife, Yvette came back to talk to Devante and I could sense that there would be trouble with this Malia girl coming in. I hope she doesn't say anything to my wife. It's bad enough Precious, my daughter, has a bad temper but Yvette....has a NASTY temper.
Yvette's POV in1997
She came closer to where Devante and I were and I swear to God, I thought I saw the hash slinging slasher but her voiced reminded me that i didn't. "Hey Big Daddy. I missed you. oh yeah...it's nice seeing you here, Yasmin.", Malina said. Devante rolled his eyes and sighed. I looked at him and got up and took a deep breath. "Look bitch, i will tell you once. My name is Yvette and you are at my baby's birthday and the afterparty of my wedding with my husband. So what the fuck do you want? You got 1 minute to tell him what you want until I escort you or beat your ass whichever you're comfortable with.", I said. "Devante can you please get your cousin out of my face. You know how much I hate people in my face talking for more than 3 seconds.", Malina said. I became fumed with rage. At this point, I just wanted to take her out myself but unfortunately I had to stay on the wall and keep listening to the situation. "Devante, you better say something to her before I drag ha ass out", I said. Devante pulled her over and started talking to her. "Malina what the fuck is you wearing and what the fuck is wrong with yo face? It look like you looks like you just got done crying.", Devante said to the dumb bitch. "Wellll if you must know Daddyyyy.... I fell asleep last until and didn't wake up until an hour ago so I rushed to do my makeup, take a quick washup, do my hair and just looking good for my man you know what i'm saying?", the bitch said. Devante had an unsure look on his face. He didn't know if he should believe it or not. As Malina kept babbling on and on as to why she is SUPER late to the event, Devante noticed something new on Malina. "Hey", Devante said. Malina still kept talking. "Uhhh Malina", Devante said and she still kept talking. He took a deep breath and semi-yelled and said,"can you shut the fuck up damn." "I can't even get a motherfucking word out from your talkative ass. You just keep going and going and going like the fucking energizer bunny." Malina instantly stopped talking and listened to every word he was saying. "Now that I got your attention. I just wanna ask you one thing?", Devante said. Malina had a very nervous look on her face and I leaned near a wall just to listen to that one question he was gonna ask. "What the fuck is the purple thing around your neck?", Devante asked. Oh shit. "What purple thing?", the lying hoe asked stupidly. Girl you know what the fuck he talking about. might as well come clean. " So you don't feel that motherfucking hickey on yo neck cuz i know damn well that ain't no fucking birthmark or mole.", he said. "Well I-I-I-I-I was playing baseball yesterday with your son and he threw the ball at my neck. It's just a bruise I swear.", she said. Wow. you couldn't make up a REASONABLE lie and that was not one of them. "Oh okay.", Devante said. while shrugging his shoulders. What the actually fuck? Is he really believing this shit right now? I heard Malina let out a soft sigh and I was in complete silence. "See baby, I would NEVER lie to you, never", Malina said. I can not believe this shit. not one fucking bit. Devante nodded his head and Malina turned around and was in the process of walking away from him until Devante did something. He grabbed her by her hand and said, "Malina...I gotta ask you something." I stayed where I was at just to listen to his question because I was about to leave as well. "Yeah babyyyyy, what's the question?", Malina said. "You said you was playing baseball with my son, right?",Devante said. "Yeah?", Malina said in a rather questioning way. "Well what I'm trying to ask is this......What's my son's name since you played with him.", Devante asked. Malina was looking stupid as fuck when he asked her that. lol he got that ass. "And while you tell me what my son's name is, how about you name 3 baseball positions for me as well.", he added. Malina was thinking very hard. She was looking everywhere to find an answer. "I'm waiting for an answer, Malina", Devante said. "Uhhh....your son's name is Dylan and about the 3 baseball positions...lets see.....point guard, quarterback and center.", Malina said. Devante looked at her with an annoyed look on his face. "Bitch my son's name is Justin and you just named 2 basketball and one football position. I think it's time for yo lying ass start stepping.", Devante said. "Liars get caught up in their lies", I said forgetting that I was still on another side of wall and not realizing that they both could hear me. "What was that noise?", Malina asked. "That's the noise letting you know that i'm done with yo ass you lying ass, cheating ass bitch. Oh and to let you know , I took all of the credit cards I gave you will be cut off by the end of this day. And security we got a trespasser here. come get this bitch.", Devante said. The security came towards their way and they grabbed Malina and started taking her out of the room. "Wait baby...I didn't cheat on you. ..I-I-I-I-I fought someone and they scratched my neck.", Malina yelled while being taken out. Devante wasn't hearing anything Malina was saying and started walking off. That was my signal to go back where me and Devante were sitting at. I ran back as fast as I could and sat back down in my seat before Devante even reached the table. Minutes later, Devante came back to the table and looked at me. " You ain't slick trying watch the whole thing go down", he said. "Well it wasn't my intent to watch. My intent was to tell that Zhen wanted you.", I said. "Oh well, where is the birthday princess?", Devante asked. I looked around to see where she was at, and I found her eating her cake. "Well the birthday princess is over there eating cake. Why don't you go over there and say something to her? She looks a little lonely.", I said to him. Devante shrugged his shoulders and walked away from me. He was walking towards Zhen. Zhen was lonely. I mean she was the only little kid st her party (besides Malachi and Trey but they're teenagers). And all of the little girls who were at the wedding left with their parents before the party started.
Devante POV in 1997
I hope my little heartbreaker is sad on her birthday. I walked up to her and sat down next to her. "Hey Princess, what are you doing?", I asked. "I'm just sitting around and eating cake by myself.", Zhen said. "Why by yourself?", I asked her. "Because all of my friends left before the party and nobody has time for me except mom and father.", she said. "Well I have time for you. I'll always have time for you. I don't care if you're 8, 18, 81 or even 108 I will always have time for you.", I said hoping to make her feel better. She looked at me with such innocence and I looked back at her. "Come on. I got something to show. It's another surprise that I wanted everyone to see but I think you should see it.", I said. Now I know what yall thinking. I'm not a pedophile. I'm not with that child pornography shit either. well ig i gotta yall niggas back to the story but remember Devante Swing likes GROWN WOMEN not little girls and boys. Anyways.....I took Zhen's hand and we walked out of the party room. "Where are we going?", Zhen asked me. "We going to another room. I can't tell you anything else. It's a surprise remember?", I said. "Well I guess I won't ask another questions.", she said. We walked up multiple flights of stairs to the point I had to carry Zhen because her feet were hurting or she was just tired. Shit my feet was hurting too. After them flights of stairs, we finally made to the "Plain Room". ik ik thats a plain ass name for such a plain ass room. But the "Plain Room" isn't plain at all. The room is white and the decor is black. Although the looks are plain, I feel like there's something special about this room but I don't know what though. "Hey Zhen. We made it to your surprise.", I said while lightly shaking her on my chest. She woke up and started rubbing her eyes. I put her down on the ground and held her hand. I looked down at her and said, "Are you ready for your surprise?" "Yeah, I'm ready.", Zhen said. "Alright", I said. After that, I opened the door and the Plain Room was revealed.
"Wow. This room is really big.", Zhen said. "I think it's small. And close your eyes. I'll get your surprise out for you.", I said. I walked away from her and went into the closet to get one of her surprise. yeah she got 2 surprises but I'll do the one that her dad gave her then the one I gave her. I take Fu's gift and place it on a white table and I look at Zhen to make sure that she isn't looking. yup she still got her eyes closed. I placed a card in front of the flowers and brought Zhen closer to the table. "Okay, you can open your eyes now.", I said. She opened her eyes and looked at Fu's gift. Fu's gift was a big red vase with red flowers with a red card in front of it.
"Red. How did you know my favorite color was red?", Zhen asked. "I didn't know. Your dad knew though. Read the card.", I said. Zhen opened the card and read it aloud. "To the most precious bud who will bloom later on as a flower, Happy Birthday- From Father." "Do you like your first surprise?", I asked while smiling a little bit. "Yes, I love my gift.", she said."Wait...'first surprise'?", she added. "Yeah. I got another surprise for you but this time it's from me. So close your eyes again.", I said to her. She closed her eyes and I jogged back into the closet and got the other surprise. I walked back to the living room where Zhen was at and placed the other surprise on the table next to the flowers. "Alright. You can open your eyes again.", I said with a smirk on my face. She opened her eyes again and was in complete shock. well really speechless. "Like I said before, I did't know red was your favorite color. So I got in blue. I hope you like.", I said hoping that she really liked it. My surprise gift was a REAL certified blue diamond tiara.
I looked at my gift and i finally realized how beautiful it is was. A few minutes of me looking at the tiara, I heard a little noise. I sounded like someone was sniffing. I looked around and I said Zhen on the ground. I went up to her and said, "You okay, Princess?" "Yeah. I'm just crying.", she said. "Why? You don't like the surprise?", I asked in a concerned voice. "No, I really love it. It's really pretty but I thought only princesses only get tiaras.", she said. I sighed. "Don't just think just because it's your birthday, doesn't mean that you're a princess for one day. Everyday, you're princess. You're special to everyone that knows you including me. I need you to ALWAYS remember that you're a princess and you'll be a queen when you get older.", I said to her while wiping the tears from her eyes. "Thank you, Devante", Zhen said while hugging. I hugged her back tightly. When I got done hugging her, I grabbed the tiara and gently and slowly placed the tiara on her head. "How do I look?", Zhen asked. "Like a true princess.", I said while smirking. Man this little girl makes my heart beat faster. She has all of my heart just Dyana and Justin and Yvette. I would do anything for for those four I swear.
Back into the present.....
Zhen's POV
"Wow. So that's were I got the tiara from?", I asked. "Yup. You wore that tiara for two years straight.", Dad said. "Yeah I remember. I had to hide that tiara because you kept wearing EVERYWHERE we went.", Mom said. "I gotta thank Devante for that tiara. He didn't haven't to do that. What's his number so I can call him.", I said. My parents looked at each other. "What? what's wrong?", I asked them both. "Well..it's just that..we all lost contact with each other in 2001. So we don't know where he lives now nor his address.", Dad said. well damn. i guess this leads to one way to thank him. "How about I write a letter to him?", I asked them. "Hmm...that might be a good idea. I mean the last time we saw or even talked to him. He told us he wouldn't be on social media.", Dad said. "Alright. All I need is a pencil, paper, stamps, envelopes and his address.", I said. hmm this is will be really interesting. don't you think?
