i realise i forgot to give chapter 9 a name so i'm jist gonna keep it like that because i can't think of a name for it. If anyone wants to comment on this what they think i should call it, that'd be great. alright. here we go.
Chapter 10 - They say that love is forever
Jaime pulled up in front of the house and killed the engine.
he smiled to himself and looked at me.
"What?" i asked after a couple minutes.
"Nothing. Let's just go inside."
i unbuckled my seatbelt and we went inside.
"Where the hell have you two been?!" Vic said jokingly.
Jaime and I both bit back our laughter and I said,
"Dude, it's only ten."
"I know. I'm just fucking with you. So how was it? What'd you guys do? Where'd you go? Huh? huh?"
Jaime laughed and i said,
"From my perspective, it was fabulous. We went and saw Hansel and Gretel then we went and ate greasy fuckin' burgers. And now i'm going upstairs to call my little brother who i haven't seen in 6 months."
I walked up the stairs and flopped down on my bed. I pulled out my phone and dialed Kellin's number.
when he picked up, the smile was evidant in his voice.
"Hello?" He said.
"Hey! So you said you had something to tell me?"
"Okay! Are you sitting down?"
"I'm laying down."
"Good enough. Okay there's a couple things, actually"
"Just say them, Kellin!"
"Okay! first, I'm coming to see you in San Diego."
I sat up and smiled like an idiot.
"Are you serious?!" I shreiked.
"Yerp."
"what's the second thing?"
"I'm at the airport right now waiting."
"You're going to be here tomorrow?!"
"yerp. You should thank Jaime, for this."
"I will. Is there a third thing?"
"Yeah. I asked Sophie to marry me."
"Kellin!" i yelled really loudly, "Did she say yes?"
"Yeah. She did. She just has to graduate at the end of the year."
Okay, i guess i should explain what he means. Kellin and I were in the same grade because he had skipped a grade. So we both graduated last year. Kellin and Sophie had been dating for 4 years. so, since Sophie had been in grade 9.
"I'm so happy for you!"
"You sound like such a girl right now!This isn't normal!"
"I don't care! My little brother is engaged!"
"Yes i am. Anyways, tell Vic he neds to be here by 7."
"A.M?"
"Yes, Lex. AM."
"Okay. I'll see you when you get here."
"Bye, Lex. I love you."
"I love you too."
And with that i hung up.
I went and tackled Jaime who was standing by the couch. He fell backwards onto the couch with me on top of him.
"You got my little brother to come to San Diego?!"
He started laughing and so did Vic.
I got off of Jaime and sat on the couch. He sat up and looked at me.
"Happy?"
"Very! Thank you so much!" I said then wrapped my arms around him.
He let out a little 'oof' but hugged me back.
"You're the best." i said as i burried my face in his neck.
"I know."
I started laughing at his response but didn't let go of him.
I was Falling for Jaime. I was falling hard, and i was falling fast. And it freaking sucked!

When i woke up the next morning i was tangled in a blanket on my bedroom floor crying. shit, not again. I looked around to make sure i was alone and i was. i wiped my eyes and looked in the mirror. i wiped my eyes until they were dry and yawned. i looked at my clock and it was only 9. i usually woke up early when i had the dream.
I decided to make myself look human. so in other words i got dressed and put on some makeup. all i wore for makeup was some mascara. I decided to put my hair up in a ponytail and wore a pair of blue skinney jeans with a light blue "The Wonder Years" tank top which had Hank the bird on the front and the bands signatures on the back. One of few shirts that had this because Kellin and I met them last year. They were awesome. Dan was really cool but seemed really tired.
i looked damn hot. but i really didn't.
i went downstairs and decided i should eat something. i opened the fridge and stared at it's contents trying to figure out what looked tasteful. Suddenly a pair of arms wrapped around me from behind. i flinched but relaxed as i noticed it was Jaime.
"So..."
"hmm?" i said quietly.
"Was last night enjoyable enough for you to be my girlfriend?" he asked with some hope in his voice.
"Last night was awesome, Jaime. So yes. I will be your girlfriend."
"YES!" He said pulling away from me and thrusting his arm in the air like John did at the end of The Breakfast Club. (AN: if you didn't get that you're to young to be reading this... i'm kidding. i wasn't even born yet when that movie came out. still a good movie though. Ignore my rant. now back to the story.)
I laughed at him and said,
"okay, John Bender."
He smirked at me and said,
"That was a great movie, okay?"
"I know!"
"Heh. i have a girlfriend."
"you're so lame."
"But you love it."
"i do."
He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him.
i heard the front door open and then someone said,
"holy house! This place is freaking nice!"
Jaime pushed my glasses up on my nose as they'd started falling.
i rested my hands on his chest and looked at him.
"that's Kellin, right?"
i nodded and he let go of me.
i ran into the living room and jumped on him wrapping my arms around him in a bear hug.
he picked me up and spun me around.
"You're here!"
"Yeah!"
"Hi!"
Kellin laughed and i said,
"i know something you don't know!"
"i am your brother! i know everything!"
"okay, Kellin. How do you spell my middle name?"
"That's not fair!"
"M-a-r-t-a-i-s-a-l-e-e" Jaime said behind me.
"How'd you know that?''
"Sounded it out. That was right?"
"yeah."
"We're her brothers to." vic said pointing between himslef and Mike.
"yep, Best friend," i said pointing to Tony, "brothers," i pointes to Kellin, Vic and Mike. i pointed to Jaime and paused.
I bit my lip and said,
"boyfriend"
3... 2... 1...
"What?! what about Cade?! I'm so confused! Explain, right now!" Kellin squeaked.
"i'm about to say the 3 words that are better to hear than having sex... or so i've heard."
"say it." Kellin said with a small smirk.
"you were right."
"What'd he do?"
"he cheated on me."
Kellin shook his head and sighed. he looked at Jaime and opened his mouth to speak but Jaime beat him to it.
"Don't worry," he said wrapping his arms around my waist from behind, "i saw how hurt and pissed off she was at Cade when she found out. Also i know that feeling first hand. I promise i won't hurt her." he put his chin on my shoulder and i smiled softly.
"we can be happy together!" Kellin shreiked.
i laughed and said,
"not quite yet."
"Why not?" Kellin said jutting out his bottom lip.
"i need food and the fridge is empty."
"What?! The house you live in has an empty fridge?"
"Really, Kellin?"
"You know i'm kidding. you have the smallest appetite ever."
"That comes with the depression."
"have you been any happier since you left?"
Jaime kissed my neck and i giggled.
"I'll take that as a yes." Kellin said with a smile.
I coulsn't but smile back. This didn't happen often. Kellin hadn't been so upset since he'd moved out and for the first time since Kale passed, the smile reached my baby brothers eyes.
"Kellin," i said quietly.
"what?"
"You're happy."
"I've been happy for the past 6 months. Ever since i left, i've been happier. And i can tell you're happy to. So let's all go out for breakfast. It's on me."
Vic, Mike, Tony and Jaime all looked down at themselves with they're PJ pants and bagy hoodies. Jaime was the first to run up stairs followed by the rest of the boys. I took a steo towards Kellin and said,
"just leave your stuf there."
He nodded then came closer to me wrapping his arms around me.
"i missed you."
he said resting his chin on top of my head.
"I missed you too. but i need to go change." he let go of me and i went upstairs.
i went into my room and put on the same black jeans i'd worn the night before. i looked through my shirts and put on a plain black tight tank top. i grabbed a black Green Day zip up hoodie and hugged it before i put it on. Why did i just hug my hoodie? it may have something to do with it feeling like a wearable hug and that it was the last thing Kale ever gave me.
i turned on my straightner quickly and pulled the elastic from my hair. i ran a brush through it and waited a minute for my straightner to heat up.
It heated up quickly and i started straightenig my hair. When i was on the botton layer of my hair someone popped their head into my room and said,
"You almost ready?" I flinched and dropped my straightner. i caught it just before it hit the ground but let it fall anyways as i grabbed it by the heat conducting metal plate.
"Fuck!" i yelled.
it wasn't even a yelp of pain it was just the heat scared me.
Jack had burned me a few times in the past so i was kind of amune to the pain.
"are you okay?" Jaime asked in panic.
"yeah. Doesn't actually hurt." I picked up the straightner and finished straightning my hair. Jaime stared at me while i did so.
"the pain's going to set in, in about 5 minutes." i said as i turned off my straightner, put on my glasses and turned to Jaime.
he grabbed my hand that wasn't burned and we walked down the stairs hand-in-hand.
"why'd you yell fuck?" Tony asked when we got to the front door.
"burned myself with my straightner and scared myself with the amount of heat going into my hand."
"it didn't hurt?" Mike asked.
"it will in about 5 minutes."
i grabbed my shoes and put them on then we left.
"where are we going?" Tony asked.
Mike was driving, Kellin was in the passenger seat, Vic and Tony were in the middle two seats and i was sitting at the back with Jaime.
"Somewhere that makes food." Kellin and I said at the same time.
Everyone gave us weird looks and we both said,
"What? We grew up together, what do you expect?"
"Shit!" i yelled.
everyone looked at me and i held my hand up.
"pain set in?" Vic asked.
i just nodded.
dammit. that freaking hurts!

soon enough we were sitting in a booth at a diner.
It was me, Jaime and Kellin on one side and Mike, Vic and Tony on the other side. Jaime was in between Kellin and I and Vic was in between Mike And Tony with Tony and i across from each other by the window.
"My name's Sarah, i'll be your waitress for today. Can i start you 6 off with some drinks?"
We all ordered our drinks and she gave us menus.
"Oooooh.... Waffles!" i said
"you and your damn waffles." Kellin mumbled.
i reached over to him and flicked him in the ear.
"ow, what the hell?!"
"muscle spasm" i said with a smirk.
"kiss my ass."
"i'll kick it, i won't kiss it."
Kellin rolled his eyes as the boys all laughed.
the waitress came back with our drinks amd we all ordered our food then waited.
"so, this tour you guys are going on, when's that happening?"
the boys all looked at each other and Jaime bit his lip nervously.
"next month..." Vic said
Kellin looked at me with worried eyes so i forced a smile adn said,
"I'm really proud of you guys. You've come so far."
"Alexandra, don't pretend to be happy when you're not. You know i hate it when you do that."
"Sorry, Kel. Force of habbit."
he sighed but said,
"You won't be alone. I'll be here."
"And Rian said that Cassadee always comes to visit him while they're on tour so we could set something up and you could come down to see us." Tony said.
"You were talking to Rian?" Mike asked.
"Yeah."
Right as the syllable left tony's mouth our fod came and we all ate while keeping up with some conversation.
"We have to go to the mall."
Tony said randomly.
"Why?" everyone said at the same time.
We got the bill and as we were walking out back to the vehicle Tony said,
"Because Andy needs better shoes. And i need new jeans."
"My shoes are fine..." I said looking down at my torn faded black converse.
Jaime looked down at my shoes and laughed.
"Their falling apart as we speak." Vic said.
"Fine! I'll get new shoes." I rolled my eyes dramatically and we drove off to the mall.
When we pulled up to the mall i was quite surprised at how huge it was. Kellin seemed just as surprised.
As we entered the mall, Jaime linked his fingers with mine and i smiled like an idiot but flinched when Kellin's phone started blaring out If I'm James Dean you're Audrey Hepburn by Sleeping With Sirens.
I didn't think i could've been happier at that moment. I had all my brothers with me, I had an awesome boyfriend with dumb hair, and Tony was like my new best friend. What more could i even want?
