I was getting more and more nervous the more time George wasn't here, I was nervous for him. I really hope he's alright, my mom won't do anything except make him feel like shit. I hope he sticks up for himself.
"Dream, honey, he's going to be back soon okay? Just breathe," George's mom said trying to calm me down.
"okay," I said nervously.
"Clay, I promise George is going to be back with my stuff okay? I'm sure he's dealt with mom and is already out the door." Drista said, I nodded.
I was about to say something when I heard the door open, I jumped up and ran downstairs. George!
"Hey," George said calmly.
I was the opposite of calm and ran towards him, I gave him a hug glad he was home.
"woah woah, it's not like I was going to die Dream," George laughed.
"I know I was just scared, I didn't want her messing with you."
"It's okay Dream, I'm fine." George reassured,
"okay,"
"That means you can stop strangling me with your hug," George laughed.
"oh my bad," I said letting go.
"I was only joking," George said and kissed me.
"oh I see," I said.
George heads upstairs with Drista's stuff, I smiled. He does care. I freaked over something so small but he didn't care, he went and got what I needed. I really don't deserve someone as nice as him.
"hey uh dream! Are we going back to school?" George yelled from down the hall,
"oh I actually don't know," I said.
"Did the office lady excuse us for the whole day?" George asked,
"uh," I said trying to remember, "I think so because she said we could leave early."
"okay, I'm not going back then." George said, I laughed.
"alright then," I said.
"hey, how come Drista is back so early?" George asked,
"sent home, she was caught crying and when she told to school counselor what happened they sent her home with your mom."
"oh okay,"
"They said as long as she gets to a family members house soon then she can stay here," I finished.
"I see, how did she know her phone?"
"oh Drista texted me, she told me to send her the number."
"oh yeah that makes sense," George said.
I nodded, George smiled. I heard laughing from Drista upstairs, I ran upstairs to see her on the phone.
"ohh so is this the famous girlfriend I keep hearing about?" I asked,
"Maybe.."
"oh my gosh- hi I'm clay Drista's brother and I have boyfriend named George we are so excited that Drista is finally not single but also surprised-"
"Clay, shut up please." Drista said,
"Sorry sorry, what's your name?" I asked the girl,
"It's ryann! Its nice to meet you," She said through the phone.
"Now get our clay!" Drista pushed me out,
"I'm telling George!" I yelled,
"Telling me what exactly," George questioned.
"Drista's girlfriend!"
"oh my gosh is she on the phone?" George asked excitedly,
"yeah-"
Before I could finish my sentence George tan off to Drista's room, I laughed.

I ran upstairs to Drista's room and knocked.
"Who is it?" She yelled from inside,
"It's your favorite," I said laughing.
"George?!" She said and opened the door,
"Ding ding ding," I said when she opened the door.
"what's up?"
"I'd like to meet this girlfriend of yours,"
"Okay!" She said, I laughed. why was dream kicked out?
I went up to the phone and waved, the girl waved back.
"Hi! I'm Ryann! you must be Clay's boyfriend?"
"yup that's me," I said smiling, "it's nice to meet you Ryann."
"You too George,"
"Oh my gosh the locket you got Drista is so cute! Literally amazing," I said,
"Really? Yeah I thought it would be so perfect for her," Ryann said smiling, engaging in conversation.
"oh my gosh yeah! And the picture is so cute too! I love it,"
"yeah! It's my favorite photo,"
"How long have you guys been together?" I asked eagerly,
"uh almost a year right dris?" she asked bringing Drista in to the conversation,
"Yeah! next month, now George my brother is going to freak out if you don't go downstairs, you can meet ryann in person tomorrow when you pick me up from school."
"Alright alright, bye ryann!"
"Bye George"
I left the room happy I was the favorite, and that I was meeting Ryann tomorrow. She seems like a sweet girl, I know she's good for Drista.
"Wow George, you were in there for a while." Dream said rolling his eyes jokingly,
"Yeah yeah you're just jealous I'm the favorite," I laughed.
"whatever," dream scoffed.
I laughed and sat on the couch to watch a movie, Dream followed me. I saw there was a new show on Netflix called 'heartstopper'? I don't know it but I decided to watch it.
"George what's this?"
"No idea, it's new might as well watch it?" I said,
Dream nodded and payed attention to the show. Ten minutes in Dream was very invested, it was hilarious.
"Fuck off Ben," Dream shouted a little.
"Dream okay I get it he's not awesome but isn't that too-"
"YES NICK" Dream shouted when Nick pushed Ben off Charlie,
"oh my- Dream!"
"What?" Dream asked,
"you need help," I laughed.
"What no I don't,"
"Whatever you say."
1 hour later~~
Dream is still hyper invested in this show, it was funny but he shouted so much. I checked the time, 3:37. We have a few hours before Sap picks up up at 6.
"Georgie,"
"yea-"
I was interrupted by Dream walking over and hugging me, I laughed.
"Shut up," Dream said.
"Dream we are leaving in two hours," I told him.
"mm"
"Dream"
"huh?" He asked drowsily,
"geez and you say I'm the one who's always sleeping," I laughed.
"gogy, what time is it?" Dream asked quietly.
"It's 3:39,"
"oh, we're leaving in two hours."
"yeah, we will have to get ready soon." I said hoping he'd realize my words,
"oh okay, wake me up when it's time." He said, I laughed.
In a little over ten minutes later he fell asleep, it made me laugh at how tired he was from just shouting at the tv. I made sure to pause the show, I didn't want him missing his now what seems his favorite show.
I made sure to keep track of time, I know I should wake dream up at 5:30 so that he can get ready. That's in about an hour, I set an alarm on my phone and fell asleep with him.

I woke up seeing George's phone going off, I took his phone and turned the sound off seeing it was 5:30. I froze, sap is picking us up in thirty minutes.
"George," I started shaking George softly.
"huh...yeah?" he said, his voice was raspy.
"It's 5:30," I said.
"okay? let's get ready then," George said moody.
"someone's cranky," I said and laughed.
"Shut up," George said heading upstairs to his room.

sap texted me so I checked the notification.

I laughed once I send the last text, he won't be late. He doesn't want to mess up today, he wanted Karl to have the perfect night. I knew that.
It's just like the night I asked George. I wanted it to be so perfect that I actually rambled a few times, George always reassured me though.
"Dream, you going to change?" George asked,
"Nah my hoodie is fine," I smiled.
"okay,"
"you ready?" I asked,
"always,"
"same," I snickered.
"Now we wait for sap," Dream stated, looking at his phone for the time.
"he'll be late," I said confidently.
"yeah," Dream said, "it's 6:05"
George laughed and stared out the window watching for saps car so he could run out, I could tell he was excited. I tapped him on the shoulder getting his attention, he looked at me with a glare because I was distracting him from his watch.
I smiled at him, his face softened. I leaned in and kissed him, he immediately kissed back and smiled halfway in the kiss. Although we stopped in fear that we would miss saps car, we knew we would if we kept going.
George smiled and stared back out, awaiting sapnaps appearance in the window. I stared at George's face seeing the colors from the outside on his face, he looked cute as always. It made me smile.
A few moments later sapnap showed up in his car and George pulled me out before sapnap could get out of the car, I laughed.
"dude you're 15 minutes late!" I yelled to sap,
"whatever bro, we gotta hurry." Sap said in a regular tone, I rolled my eyes.
We arrived at the field, George seemed mesmerized by the view. I had to admit it looked amazing, sapnap made a good choice. The sunset fit in perfectly too, it made everything look way better.
Sap needed me and George to go set up a spot under an arch that was already in the field when we got there, George challenged me to a race which I sadly lost to.
"How—the— hell did you- get so damn fast," I said in between huffs, George laughed at me.
"What can I say, I'm gifted."
I laughed it off and we got to work, we got distracted a few times by the stars. My attention was diverted to George's face every five minutes, me kissing his face a few times I caught myself staring.
"dream you can't keep kissing me if you're going to keep missing,"
"The fuck? I am not miss-"
George cut me off by lightly kissing me and going back to work on the lights on the side of the arch and the ground surrounding it, I felt my face get warm. why do I always feel like this around him? I shrugged my thought off.
I saw sapnap walking up to us, probably to start helping us setting up the surroundings. I commented on his height, he rolled his eyes at my joke.
Eventually sapnap kicked us out of the field saying we had to leave because him and Karl's date was starting and he didn't want us here, I rolled my eyes at his excuse but didn't mind because it meant more time with George.
"Dream, I think tonight is going to go very well for them." George said, I could hear the satisfaction in his voice.
"yeah, me too." I said,
"do you think we could cuddle when we get back?" George asked, I nodded.
"of course love," I smiled.
