Ok... this is THE most random chapter I ever wrote and will probably write in my entire career. Don't expect anything particularly great, funny or mildly interesting, I'm just doing my best to keep you guys entertained while we wait for the manga, ok? Hopefully the next chapter coming up in a few days will give is what we need to proceed with our story.
I also recieved a few suggestions for random chapters that I will look into writing something very soon, but for now... this is what we've got.

Kaito found himself at his room, along with Kirishima and Kaminari. He was supposed to be helping them finish an assignment, but they got sidetracked talking about all kinds of random stuff, anything other than the assignment really.
"You guys remember that weird Area 51? The Raid?"
"Man... Area 51 is a myth! Just like aliens and zombies!"
"Hey, don't joke about aliens and zombies. That stuff is real." Kaito looked back at them. "Remember that guy from Isami High?" He recalled.
"But that doesn't count, it was a quirk!" Kaminari retorted. "We're talking about actual zombies, The Walking Dead type!"
"Oh, yeah? How about this; Back home there was this girl, one of my neighbors." Kaito continued. "She said she saw an alien going through her trash one day, the next morning she turned up missing!"
"What!?" Kirishima was surprised.
"Ok, back up a bit, how the hell do you 'turn up missing'? Kaminari questioned the logic.
"Cuz' nobody knows where you are, when they realize you ain't there!"
"Wait, so you're telling us you can appear and disappear at the same time?" Questioned Kirishima, equally confused.
"No, dude! You can't appear and disappear at the same time, this isn't David Copperfield!"
"But you can't be gone from some place, and show up somewhere else entirely! So when you turn up, you're never missing, and when you're missing you never turn up!"
"Unless... you're an alien."
Kirishima and Kaminari were speechless, looked at each other, both amazed by the flawless logic.
"Damn... that's plausible!"
"I'd never think about it that way, man! You're a genius!"
"Yeah, I should put that on Instagram."
Suddenly, they heard a scream coming from the other side of the dorm, it sounded like Jiro.
"Aliens!"
"Zombies!"
"Kyoka?!"
Both stared at Kaito with smug smiles.
"What?"
Immediately they ran outside to see what was going on, quirks ready to fire. They ran to the other side of the dorm, luckily it was on the same floor, so it didn't take long. As they reached her room, they saw Ashido and Hagakure holding a crying Jiro.
"What happened?" Questioned Kaito. "We heard a scream."
"You girls ok?" Kirishima asked as he deactivated his hardening.
"Jiro saw a rat!" Exclaimed Ashido.
"A rat? Here in the dorm?" Kirishima looked around the hallway.
"Yeah!" Said Hagakure. "It was big, scary and gross!"
"Where did the mouse go?" Kaminari asked as he joined the hunt.
"Mouse? I thought it was a rat?" Kaito questioned.
"It wen-" Ashido was about to point out the way, when Kaminari interrupted.
"Rats are outside, mice are inside." Replied Kaminari.
As the two began to argue, the rest looked back and forth.
"But what if a mouse goes outside, does it become a mouse? Or if a rat goes inside, is it a mouse?"
"I never seen a mouse outside, that's what I'm saying."
"That's because it's a rat!"
"Damn... you might have just made a fact!"
"Can we get back to the rat, or mouse or...whatever?" Questioned Kirishima. "Let's look for it!"
"Yeah! You guys take care of it!" Ordered Ashido. "We'll protect Jiro."
"Jiro could help us find the rat with her quirk." Suggested Kaito.
"Of course not!" Jiro retorted. "It's gross!"
"Why not? Rats are afraid of cats, y'know." He teased. "Oh, there it is!" Kaito pointed behind them, Jiro shrieked jumping in his arms, looking back, scared. "Oh, nevermind... I'm seeing things!"
"Will you stop that, idiot!" She blushed and slapped his arm. Kaito could see her eyes were watering, she was really scared.
"Aw, it's ok..." He patted her head. "We'll catch the rat!"
And she blushed intensely, the girls shipped the two so hard, even tickled the flustered Jiro.
A few steps away from the others, the Steamboy let out his quirk, making a small cloud of steam around his body.
"I will sense any disturbance. If it's here, I'll find it." He checked the hall for even the small hint of movement within his steam, but didn't seem to pick up anything.
"Damn it..." He lowered his hands, dissipating the steam.
"Hey, maybe we should ask Shoji's help." Suggested Kirishima as he ran ahead. "His quirk is great for that!"
"Good idea!" Kaminari agreed, joining the redhead. "Let's go, Atsuhito!"
"Wouldn't it be great if one of us had a quirk that allowed them to talk with animals?" Kaito pondered as he joined the two. "That would certainly be very useful right now!"
"What are you talking about?" The others questioned.
"Nevermind. Just thinking out loud."
The three then headed out, aiming to take the elevator to the third floor, where they could find Shoji, and once they had Shoji they could begin the hunt for the rat, for whatever reason. But it wasn't necessary, as the bastard was right there scratching its ears in the middle of the corridor.
"There it is!" Kirishima activated his quirk, ready to square up the rat. The rat looked back at them with menacing eyes.
"I'll get it!" Kaito aimed his quirk at the beast, blasting steam.
Imagine their surprise when the rat matrix dodged all the attacks with precise jumps.
"WHAT?!" Was their reaction.
Kirishima tried to punch the rat, but it was a foolish effort, the rat dodged better than most villains would. The rat squeaked, almost like it was making fun of them, and ran away again.
"It's getting away!"
"After it!"
The three chased the rat until it entered a small hole on the wall, close to the stairs that lead to the upper floor.
"Damn it!" Kirishima groaned. "It's making fools out of us!"
"I'll flush the bastard out!" Kaito stepped forward, getting ready to flush the rat out with his steam, but then he stopped to think more carefully about it. "Wait... what if I break something? Or end up burning one of our classmates?"
"Hmm, that's a safe assumption." Hummed Kaminari. "Let's just find Shoji."
...
"You guys want me to what?" Shoji asked, confused by the unusual request.
"Find the rat!" Exclaimed Kaminari. "There's a rat in the dorm, and we thought with your quirk it would be easy to find it!"
"Can't you simply inform the teachers?" Shoji raised another question, suggesting a simpler way to solve the problem.
"It's about honor!" Said Kirishima. "The rat made fools out of us!"
"Alright then." Shoji reluctantly joined the three. They headed out to look for the rat again. "Where was the last you guys saw it?"
The three idiots took Shoji to the stairs where they saw the rat enter a hole on the wall, close to the steps of the stairs. Shoji used his quirk to create extra pairs of ears, asked them to be silent, then started to listen, trying to find the rat.
What he did hear tho, was a very interesting chat on the floor below.
"Y-Yeah... I kinda like Kaito." It was Jiro's voice he could hear. "Ever since he saved me in the Entrance Exam. But so what?! I just think he's cool! There's nothing romantic about it!"
"Aaaw! That's so cute!" Ashido and Hagakure said together.
"Shush! Keep it down! You want the whole dorm to hear it? Please... don't say anything about this.'"
"We wont!"
"Hmm... interesting." Said Shoji.
"What is it? Did you hear something?" Asked Kirishima.
"Hmm, no?" Shoji looked back at them. "Sorry...I didn't hear anything at all."
"Dang it!" Kaito grunted in annoyance. "Maybe it got away?"
"I have no idea..."
When suddenly... they heard noises, rumbling sounds. They all looked at each other, confused by the sounds, and all had the conclusion that it must be the rat again, somebody found it, or rather... the rat found them!
The four ran downstairs, it wasn't in the third floor, they saw the girls equally confused by all of that. Then went down another level. The scene was somewhat comic, there they saw Midoriya going Full Cowling, along with Tokoyami Black Abyss, fighting the RAT!
"You fiend!"
"Get him! Get the beast!"
"Midoriyaaaa! Help us!"
"Mineta! Use your quirk to trap the rat!"
"I can't!"
The hall was a mess of lasers, grape balls, Dark Shadow and Midoriya trying to catch the rat. It was like it was laughing at them.
"Don't just stand there!" Mineta yelled at the others. "Help us catch the rat!"
"UNBREAKABLE!"
"FULL THROTTLE!"
"BLACK ABYSS!"
"FULL COWLING!"
In the end, even with half the class trying to catch the rat, they couldn't.
They were all slumped on the hallway, exhausted from trying to catch the rat, but none of them could even lay a finger on it.
"D-Did you guys catch the rat?" Ashido questioned, taking a look around, the answer was clear.
"It moves like a shadow...it's movements are fluid like water. It's impossible to catch!" Said Tokoyami. "A vile beast of darkness!"
They heard somebody coming down from the stairs, all looked over to see Bakugo, one hand in his pocket, the other carrying the rat by it's tail with a deadpan expression.
"You guys are this weak? Couldn't even catch a little rat? How did you even get in this school?"
"Bu- wha.. How?!" Asked Kaito. "How did you catch the rat?!"
"Isn't it obvious? I asked ponytail to make a rat trap."
"Oh..."
