Toph x reader spa day (revised)

Toph was far from thrilled about the idea of a spa day. In her eyes, relaxing was a luxury for those who had time to waste. But there was one thing that could convince her to go – her feelings for Y/n.

Y/n had planned the entire spa day, eager to show Toph the wonders of relaxation. As they entered the spa, Toph couldn't help but grumble. "I can't believe I'm doing this."

Y/n chuckled, taking Toph's hand. "Come on, Toph, it's just one day of relaxation. You might even enjoy it."

The spa was an elegant retreat, filled with calming scents, soft music, and the soothing sounds of water. Toph's senses were on high alert, and she couldn't help but remain on edge.

The spa offered various treatments, and Toph started with a hot stone massage. The warm stones worked wonders on her tense muscles, and she admitted that it felt amazing. But she couldn't resist a bit of mischief. She shifted her feet beneath the sheet to make it seem as if the stones were moving on their own, much to the surprise of her masseuse.

As the day went on, Toph and Y/n tried different treatments. During a peaceful meditation session, Toph, who couldn't sit still for long, decided to pull a prank. She used her earthbending to create vibrations beneath the floor, making it feel like an earthquake. The therapist's eyes widened with panic, thinking the world was ending. Toph couldn't help but laugh.

The nail treatment was another opportunity for Toph's humor. She joked with the technician about wanting her nails painted "invisible." The technician tried to provide her peculiar request, not realizing it was all a joke.

And then came the stone facial. Toph, being her mischievous self, teased that she wanted a "rock hard" facial. She pretended to have turned into a statue, staying as still as possible, which freaked out the worker in charge of the facial treatment.

As the day neared its end, Toph had one more trick up her sleeve. During a relaxing soak in a hot spring, she couldn't resist playing a prank on Y/n. Toph pretended to disappear beneath the water, leaving Y/n in a panic, searching for her. After a few moments, she popped up with a sly grin, sending everyone into fits of laughter.

Despite Toph's mischievous pranks, it was clear that she had found moments of amusement throughout the day. The spa day might not have turned her into a relaxation enthusiast, but it had certainly shown her a different side of life, especially when shared with someone she cared about.
