TMNT 2012/14/16: Leonardo X Reader One-Shots & Boyfriend Scenarios

Someone Else

#A.N.: This has been on my head for a while, so I'll try it out. Also, I'll put on some references from a couple of episodes from the 2012 series. Plus, I watched The Old Guard lately, so... Yeah, maybe an idea here and there came from that LOL. Anywho, hope you guys enjoy it.

Leo's POV

"April, she's fun. And I'm tired of being the responsible one. When do I get to have fun?"

April lets out a sigh. "Look, Leo. If all you want is to have is some fun, then all you had to do was talk to me, and--"

"April, no offense, but... You're not really what comes to my mind when I think that, and--"

*Slap*

She hits me on the face again. I stare at her with my eyes wide, but she only pointed it at me.

"First of, that was mean. Second, you didn't let me finish. I was saying that if all you want is to have some fun, then all you had to do was talk to me, and I could get you to hang out with someone."

"Well, I am hanging out with someone."

"Yeah, but I meant someone else."

I roll my eyes before raising an eyebrow. "Really?"

"Hang on." She says before getting somewhere inside her room. After a bit, she came back with a portrait. "Here." She gives it to me.

My eyes widen a bit, and I can feel my cheeks burning a little as I see April being hugged from behind by a (h/c) haired girl. She had a bright smile, and her (e/c) eyes shone, even through some (h/c) strands that were falling on her face. I admit, she's really pretty. Even more than Karai.

"That's (Y/n) (L/n). We've been friends since middle school. She's really funny, smart, polite, kind and generally level headed. And believe it or not, she also practices martial arts and usually stands up for others, and is always ready to give a helping hand to whoever needs her, even to strangers. If I were to define her in one word, it would be amazing, since I think cool is too little to show off just how incredible she is. Also, about her being generally level headed, just don't mess with those who are dear to her. She's most likely to snap."

I open a sad smile before giving the portrait back to her. "Yeah, but I doubt someone like her would ever want to hang out with someone like me."

"Well, she never judges a book by its cover. It's just not like her."

"I don't know, April. I mean, are you sure we'd ever be able to hang out and get along?"

"*Scoff* And here I thought you wanted to have some fun."

I think about it. Should I really give it a try with this girl?

"Anyways, back to the Foot Clan girl, what does she want from you?"

"I don't know. I'm meeting her later at the Biarly - I'm pretty sure that's wrong XD - building. She's got something planned."

"Yeah, like pushing you off the Biarly building. It's a trap, Leo!"

"I don't think so. There's good in her, I know there is. I can feel it."

"I hope you're right." She says before slamming the door at my face. I grimaced a bit at the sound. Guess she really doesn't approve Karai. But I will prove her wrong.

Timeskip

I arrive at the building only to see Karai waiting for me. I walk up to her.

"I was beginning to think you were a no show, but you don't disappoint."
