SPECIAL CHAPTER - 3 Months After...

A.D.'s POV

3 months after the death of Kath...

Nakauwi din ng Pilipinas si Art. Wala pa siyang alam sa nangyari kay Kath.

Before his arrival here in the country, he doesn't want to be a burden to other people. At first, Mama hired maids to take care of him but he doesn't want to feel like he's a burden to other people. Inulit ko lang.

That's why I volunteered myself to take care of him. I have been his personal na tagabantay, tagatulak ng wheelchair, tagapalit ng damit, etcetera.

He went home very happy. We're very happy to meet him smiling, na wala na yung sakit nya, na okay na. All we need nalang is to make him feel na walang dapat ikabahala, na dapat masaya lang siya, hindi siya dapat mag-alala, malungkot, kasi baka hindi magiging effective yung operation niya sa heart.

"Have you contacted her and told her na okay na ako?" he asked me.

"Ah eh. Hehe. Yes, bro. Diane called her after your safe operation. And she was happy for you." i lied.

"Let me ask you bro. After what I did to her that night, can she still forgive me?" He asked.

I remember, matindi yung pagsasagutan nila ni Kath nung gabing yun.

Yun yung gabi na tinapos na nilang dalawa ang kung ano ang meron sila.

And that night was also the end of Kath's life.

"Yes bro. For sure, mapapatawad ka ni Kath. Napatawad ka na niya." I said.

Hindi ko pa rin matignan sa mukha si Art.

"Hey. I'm talking to you, A.D. Why aren't you looking me at my face?" He asked.

"I'm doing your nails. I can't focus on it kung titignan pa kita sa mukha."

Buti may nakita akong nail cutter kaya nilinisan ko yung paa niya.

He sighed.

"I did not even say sorry to her pagkatapos nung nangyari nung gabing yun." he said. "Should I go visit her tomorrow?" he asked. Gulat na tumingin ako sa kanya.

I don't know what to say. Ayokonh magsinungaling sa kapatid ko. At mas ayokong masaktan ko siya kasi nga bawal pa. 3 months is still fresh, at baka kung anong mangyari sa kanya. Aish.

"Hey. What do you think? I will go visit her tomorrow sa bahay nila. And I will say sorry to her and make her mine again. I can't live without her, bro." He said tapos ngumiti na mukhang may iniisip na maganda. Hayss. How can I explain this?

"I'll ask Mama na magpapadrive ako sa'yo bukas patungong subdivision." He said.

Desidido talaga yung kakambal ko makita si Kath bukas. Hays.

Tinapos ko naman yung pag nail cut ko sa kanya taos mabilis akong lumabas ng kwarto niya.

"Where are you going?" He asked.
