CHAPTER 37

We are now inside their house and their maids have come to prepare food for us on the dining table.

"I'm not hungry," I told him.

"You need to eat. It's already late and you still haven't eaten yet," he scolded me at iginiya ako papuntang dining table.

"Bu—"

"No buts," pigil niya and sat down beside me. "You should eat veggies."

Kinuha niya ang plato ko at nilagyan iyon ng maraming gulay. Binigyan niya rin ako ng juice. Puro gulay ang nasa plato ko at walang kahit kapiraso ng karne.

I hate vegetables!

"A-ah, that's enough Ion. I don't think I can finish and eat all of these," I said when he put more vegetables on my plate.

"Okay, last one," he said as he took a piece of banana and apple.

"I can't finish all of these, Ion."

"You should," he insisted while looking at me. I just sighed.

How can I finish all of these?!

I have been sitting here for about an hour and I haven't eaten half of my food yet. I suddenly feel like I'm going to vomit.

I don't like the taste!

"Don't force yourself to eat that," Ion suddenly said kaya naman laking pasasalamat ko.

"Thank goodness! Can't you see? I'm on a diet!"

He just laughed. Ang pogi!

After we ate, we went up to his room. I immediately lay down on his bed because I'm really tired right now.

It's already 1:30 in the morning!

"Go to sleep," sabi ni Ion at umupo sa bandang paanan ng kama.

"I want to sleep, but my body doesn't want to." I complain.

Hindi manlang ako nakakaramdam ng antok! Gusto kong matulog pero paano ako makakatulog kung hindi naman ako inaantok?!

"Alam ko naaaa!" Biglang bangon ko at nakataas pa ang isang kamay na parang may kakaibang na-isip.

"You can talk without shouting babe." Pagrereklamo niya.

"Ganito ako magsalita e'! There's nothing you can do about it!" I stood up and went straight to the TV. I opened his laptop first and searched for my favorite kpop boy group.

"There is,"

"What?" Naguguluhan kong tanong, hindi matukoy kung anong ang sinasabi niya.

"There's a way to shut you up. I'm sure you'll like it." He said then smirked.

"Ewan ko sa 'yo, manood nalang tayo." I said, ignoring him and focusing my attention on the seven guys performing on the screen.

The MV had started so I quickly went to the bed and jumped on it.

"Damn woman, hindi ka ba magpapatulog?! Hindi ka lang slow, matigas pa ulo mo."

Kahit kailan talaga napaka kontra bida nito.

"Just sleep if you want, basta manonood ako." Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay at itinuon ko na lamang ang paningin sa tv.
