CHAPTER 16

Weeks have passed and still we were happy together. Mas lalo siyang napapalapit sa’kin. It’s already 4th Grading and we only have 2 months left before our 3 months relationship ends.

Sa tuwing naiisip ko na matatapos na ‘to napapaiyak nalang ako bigla. It's just that he has become a part of my life, even though it's only been 3 months.

He is my medicine whenever i’m always in pain. And among all of this pain, he’s my favorite I am willing to experience over and over again. He’s the pain that I don’t want to be healed.

“Hey, what’s wrong?”

It was Ion's voice,  tumingala ako upang makita siya.

“It’s j-just nothing,” I smiled at him so he wouldn't worry about me.

“Hindi ako naniniwala,” seryosong aniya.

“It was just n-nothing,” but this time hindi ko na na-controll ang sarili, nabasag na ang boses ko.

He came closer to me and pulled me towards him. He hugged me tightly.

I hugged him back. Parang ayoko nang bumitaw sa pagkakayakap niya. I don’t want to lose him.

“I-ion,” my voice was cracked.

“What's wrong?”

“I-i don’t w-want to lose you,” putol putol kong sagot, naluluha na naman.

“Hush, baby.” Pagpapatahan niya sa 'kin.

Mabuti nalang at mag-u-uwian na kami. Hindi na ako masyadong nakakasama kina Crizel at Hannah dahil alam naman nilang sinusulit ko nalang ang mga araw na meron kami ni Ion. Naikwento ko na kasi sa kanila lahat lahat pati na rin ‘yong tungkol sa proposal kaya naiintindihan nila ako.

We’re now in the school parking lot at iginiya niya ako papasok sa kotse niya. Ion fastened my seat belt, walang bago dahil palagi niya naman itong ginagawa sa akin.

“Can you tell me now why are you crying lately?” He asked while driving.

“Don’t worry, I swear, its just nothing.” I fake a smile para hindi na siya mag-alala.

“You can tell me everything, I’m your boyfriend.”

“How I wish you can be my boyfriend for real.” I whisphered.

“I already am,” sagot niya.

“But all this is just part of the plan, isn’t it?” Nangingilid na naman ang luha ko.

We're almost home, but he suddenly turns the car in the different direction opposite to our house. 

“Hey! Why are you turning back?!” I panic.

“Don’t you trust me?” He said and looked at me.

“Where are we going?” I try to calm myself down.

"To a hotel," he answers, and my eyes widen in panic again!

"Asshole! Let me out!" Pageeskandalo ko sa loob ng sasakyan. “Waaah, help!”

“Scream until you get tired. Let’s see if anyone can hear you.” He smirked.

“Gago kaba? Hindi naman porket gustong gusto kita ay papayag na ako sa gusto mong gawin 'no. Bakla ka pa rin naman hindi ba?! Kaya itigil mo na to parang awa mo na sis!” I beg but he just laughed.
