"Are you jealous because I danced... With him?"
"I nearly said her.... Thank god..." I sighed
"N-no! Of course not! Why would I be?! W-why would I be jealous of you holding his soft warm hands...." She said angrily
"Ah. She's a tsundere." Is what I immediately thought
"Do you wish to dance with me?"
"Eh!? Why would I do that?!" She glared at me
"I danced with prince Raijin.... And if I dance with you, you are technically dancing with him." I suggested
"..." She thought for a bit.... Then answered
"Ye-yes... That is indeed true..."
"Ah kids are so gullible..." I smiled then knelt down and kissed her hand, almost copying Raijin
"May I invite you to a dance Shukona-sama?"
"Ve-very well...." She blushes a little bit
"oh She stuttered..." I thought smiling to myself then stood up, still holding her hand
"You better be good at this. Do you even know the male part?" She questioned
"Ahaha.... Well I don't..." I nervously laughed
"Then how can we dance when you don't know the male par-" I put my slender finger in the middle of her pink lips, shutting her up.
"Shhhhhh...."
Her shocked face had a tint of pink
"wait what did I just do?!!! Oh god!!! What have I done?! I wanted her to shut up because she was getting annoying!! Oh god oh god! How the heck can I do now?!!!" Somehow my pokerface still was on me
"You know sometimes you could just shut up. You look more cuter." I said the truth, while moving my finger away from her lips
"cu-cute...?" She had a confused.... Yet happy? Face.
"Yes, anyways about the dance... The male part is just the female part but reversed. So I can do it." I nodded reassuringly
"Yo-you better." She glared at me, still having a slight blush on her face.
We started doing the dance in the moon light, surrounded by flowers in the garden.
After we were finally done "I had a wonderful time Shukona-sama... I hope you had too" I kissed her hand, imitating Raijin again
"You..... Were alright. I guess..." She put her chin up high. Still having a light blush on her face
I looked at her giggling a bit
"What's so funny?" She asked me, glaring again
"nothing... Should we go back? They might be confused to why we went here." I asked, still looking at her.
"hmp. Very well." She said, while going back in
I was left there laughing a bit "Aha... She forgot why we even came here in the first place... Kids are so cute..." I laughed again
"Yet you forgot about me. I was jealous you know." I heard a familiar voice behind me, and I immediately turned around. And there she was on a tree branch, prince raijin.
"Raijin? You were there?" I was confused
"well... Yea... I was a bit concerned about you know the villaness. But well... You handled it perfectly!" she laughs from up the tree
I looked up at her and put my arms on my hips and then pouted "Get down there! You might get hurt! Your a princess! You should be graceful!"
"Ahaha! Princess, I'm supposed to be a prince remember? And don't worry. I'm used to climbing trees!" She laughed
"I know you are! But Raijin your an a childs body! Its dangerous!" I pouted
"Ah! Geez... Fine fine! I'll get dow-KYAAAA!!" Raijin's smug face immediately turned into a scared one when her small body fell down from the tree.
Seeing Raijin in danger my first instinct was to cast a spell. A wind spell
"<Levitate>!"
"KYAAAAA-huh...?" Raijins small body hovered in the air and I ran to her. Then putting my hands under her, then when the spell wore off she was in my arms. I was carrying her, bridal style.
"Geez.... You should have been careful Raijin..." I pouted
"I-Um-.....what.... Just happened? I was...." Raijin was very confused, her face was red due to me carrying her bridal style.
"You were floating yes.... It was my magic..." I laughed nervously while I get her back up on her feet
"Seriously?! You know how to use magic?! And morever.... Not casting?! How?!"
"I um... Ehehe...."
Raijin smiled and laughed nervously "Geez.... Even here your overpowered...?"
"Eh? What do you mean I'm overpowered...? And even back then?" I asked, really confused
"Still very dense huh.... What are you a protagonist? Anyways.... Back in our last life you were.... Really popular... And well... Smart... And not that athletic.... But you had more stamina than me.... A delinquent... I sometimes even wonder why you hang out with someone like me..." Raijin scratched the back of her neck
I pouted and punched her on the head gently
"O-ow...? Why did you do that princess?!" She holds the part where I hit her and looks at me, confused.
"Don't ever say that you idiot!" I pouted even more
"Your my childhood best friend.... I'll always stay be your side...." I gently smiled at her
"I-I mean... Yea But... Like... I turned into a delinquent....." She sighed
"But you still protected me like back then... Right? You didn't care about what your delinquent friends thought about you protecting a so called popular kid like me..." I smiled and hugged her warmly
Raijin blushed and hugs me back "I guess... "
"And you were so adorable back then too!" She giggles while hugging me
"Adorable?! Me?! Wh-what..." Her face was very red
