1.4 Jiminy Cricket

Next day. Morning. At the bus stop.

Henry and i were walking to the bus stop.

Henry " do you think we need code names for Operation Cobra? "

I asked amused "Isn't 'cobra' our code name? "

Henry " That's the mission. I mean us. I need something to call you."

Me " Oh. Um, well, why don't you just call me Echo for now? "

Henry "Okay. Well then, I'll see you later, Echo. "

I rolled my eyes, amused. 

Then he got into the bus.

Suddenly a police car pulled over next to me, sirens blaring.

Graham turned the siren off and got out of the car.

I walked over to him "What's with the siren?"

Graham " It's so hard to get your attention. "

I nodded "it kinda is. Are you arresting me, Sheriff?"

Graham smiled " I'm thanking you. For your help finding that coma patient. "

i smiled "Well, what do I get? Key to the city? By the way, that key is long overdue"

Graham chuckled " How about a job? I could use a deputy. "

Me "Thank you but i already have a job"

Graham "Being Henry's babysitter"

I nodded "Yes, and i love doing it so..."

Graham smiled "maybe you rethink that thought again, hm?"

I nodded "i will, Sheriff but.."

Graham smiled "come on, Echo, you wouldn't be alone. Emma Swan agreed"

I fake grimaced hurt "so i am your second choice? ouch"

He chuckled "Well, this town does need all the help it can get"

I nodded "you have no idea. "

Graham "so, what's your answer?"

I nodded "okay, i will do it. But is Regina going to be okay with this ?"
