There was a rush of the cold spring breeze,
allowing the trees to wave around. He was confused as to what Toru's words meant.
What did he mean by happiness? And love?Nevertheless, as he heard those words,
he felt very warm inside. He remembered that he experienced the same feelings before,
as a child who had his friends surrounding him.It made him sorrowful to think that everything,
was only a memory of days past.As he was going to the fields,
he noticed a person who struggled to pick up some papers. He ran towards the person.
Nao couldn't stand by and watch.
"Um... let me help you with that.""Thanks, the wind really did a number on my stuff..."
A female voice thanked Nao for helping her.The girl wore a sleeveless hoodie and a large cap that covered her head.
Nao gave her the papers that he picked up.
She seemed really familiar.
She looked up at him.
"Sorry, I was on a rush..."She gasped as she saw his face.
"W... Wait. Wait, no... This is impossible."
Nanase.
Nanase Sumika.
"N-Nao...?"
Nao readjusted his glasses,
shock apparent in his face."S... Sumika...?"
