Nao stopped speaking and looked away.
"...Nao?"
Hana turned towards Nao's direction.
She could see the faintest silhouette of tears falling from his eyes.
She wanted to comfort him.
The feeling of the wind brushing against her skin helped strengthen her resolve to do so.
"You know,
I don't think they hate you.I mean, friendship isn't really something that can be lost just because of a single fight."
The birds chirped in unison as though they were composing music, setting a somewhat peaceful mood.
"I-I mean... all it needs is a single push or something. Something that can bring you guys back together. Yep. Um..."
Her words fumbled around her as she tried her best to improve Nao's mood, her hands flailing about as she tried to explain it in her own way.
Hana wasn't really the type of person to encourage others.
"...I'm sorry. I'm not accustomed to comforting people..."
She cast her head down, clearly disappointed with herself.
A faint snicker caught her attention.
