Sumika hadn't expected Nao's answer.
He shouted in such a manner where his voice could be heard around the whole house.
"Well, I love you all!"
Nao proclaimed in a high-pitched voice.
The young girl felt more down, though, when she realized
that the love that he meant was for all his friends.
"Nao... you're stupid!"
Seiji grabbed Nao's shoulders and shook him.
"—Eh?"
Nao couldn't figure out what Seiji was talking about.
Kouta hugged the trio,
laughing as he did.
"When we grow up, I'm going to miss this!"
Sumika, Kouta, and even Seiji considered Nao as the missing piece in their life's puzzles.
A puzzle that will never be finished.
