Dust's POV:::

"Cap'n!" I turn over to see one of my crew members, in a rushed pant, calling me.

"What?" I faced him dead on, awaiting a decent explanation to his interruption.

"There seems to be remains of what looks like a shipwreck," He pauses to catch his breath. "It's likely a merchant's' ship. There might be some valuable goods to loot in the wreckage," I raise a nonexistent eyebrow, debating on that notion.

"Where is it?"

"Due west of us, just in sight,"

"Hand me a scope," The visual instrument was placed into my hand and I turn to the side. I adjusted it over my eye and, in truth, along the horizon, dark spots speckle the water.

"Alright, wreck in sight, inform the crew," I turned to face the main deck. "Hard to Port!" The crew face me for an instant then began to bustle about to follow my command. The ship's bow began to make a sharp left, towards the wreck. "Amidships! Steady on course!" I shout as the ship goes straight ahead, pieces of scrapped wood drift along the water, knocking against the hull. Barrels bob, rippling the water as we draw near to the main wreckage. Near the center a few bodies floated onto the surface, only to be expected after such a severe wreck. "Start collecting any still-good cargo," I call out as the crew began fishing out crates and boxes from the water.

I keep a watchful eye on the horizon to assure there was not any other ships that could ambush us, while monitoring the near waters for anything significant. Whilst in my focus I hear a choked cough nearby, my eyes begin to dart to find its origin. Amidst the shrapnel, a bright blue hue comes into view. The scarf of a survivor, gripping onto a plank of wood for dear life, gives their position away, barely conscious. Curiosity piqued within me. -I wonder if...-

"Fell!" I spoke sternly, and a skeleton monster much like me, runs up.

"Yes?" His monotonous voice spoke disinterest in obedience, but he knows better than to belittle me.

"Drag him out of the water," I minutely ordered.

"Hmm?" Fell leaned over to look at said person. "Why would you want a runt like that?"

"Don't question my motives. Just do it or I'll throw you in with him," Fell put his hands up defensively.

"Okay, okay... no need to get violent," Fell left then returned with a lassoed rope, throwing it in the survivors direction. Despite having one of his eyes near clawed out, his aim is impeccable. The loop wrapped around his small torso, and he weakly gripped to it as Fell began to pull in. The stranger's body collapsed to the ground as soon as he reached the deck. I give him a hard shove in the abdomen with my boot to try to get a reaction out of him; he gave a wheezing cough in response.

"Get him up," Fell gave a single solid nod, before grabbing his arm and hoisting him onto his feet. He looks very weak and quite hazy, his shirt is torn up revealing his thin delicate frame. -He's quite the beauty, isn't he. I could definitely use him for something- By this point it appears the stranger has passed out, leaning his weight against Fell. A slight smirk curled at the corner of my 'lips'.

"I'll take him from here," I walked over and swept him off his feet, cradling him in my arms. "Now get back to work," I spoke sternly.

"This is the respect I ge-"

"Don't test me," Fell remained silent, keeping his witty comeback to himself. I begin to walk to my quarters a few crew members giving me a quizzical look, but they only dare to detest me. As I step into the room I set him down on the bed gently. I went around to find him a more suitable change of clothes. I walk back to the bed with clothing in hand and begin to undress him. As I pull his shirt off I notice small scars decorate his ribs gracefully. I rub them tenderly and lean down to place gentle kisses along them. The stranger flinched and purred quietly and I smirked once again. I ceased my action and kept stripping the wet cloth off his body. As I finished, I exited the room, leaving him to his likely needed rest.
