Rachael and Niall :)

For my wattpad bestie. 

Rachael's POV 

I made my way quickly through the park, keeping my head down as the people around me made their own ways through and out of the park. I looked over at a pretty patch of roses and walked over to it. I leaned down and smelt the fresh fragrance of them.  

I looked up as I heard chaos break out nearby. I walked closer to the scene and saw a bunch of girls and guys surrounding someone.  

"You're ugly!" A person shouted 

"Get your teeth fixed!" someone else said. 

"You can't sing to save yourself!" someone threw another insult.  

"You don't deserve to be in One Direction!" one of them said. Wait. One Direction? 

"No wonder management didn't let you sing torn! You have the voice of a crying baby!" another said. Management didn't let you sing torn..... Niall! It can't be!  

I hurriedly ran to the scene, and looked over the people to see a certain blonde Irish lad. Oh my gosh. It was Niall! I thought to myself. 

Niall's POV 

"You're ugly!" A person shouted. I could feel the tears pricking at my eyes. Sure, I was insecure about my looks but that didn't mean that others could say I was ugly. 

"Get your teeth fixed!" someone else said.  

"You can't sing to save yourself!" someone threw another insult. Now that really hurt. I loved singing so to hear someone say that I couldn't sing really hurt! 

"You don't deserve to be in One Direction!" one of them said. And that was even worse. I love being in One Direction. It's literally my dream come true. I could feel the tears starting to trickle down my face.  

"No wonder management didn't let you sing torn! You have the voice of a crying baby!" another said. ouch. That's when the tears really started pouring down the face. I tried tuning out the insults but it didn't work. I looked up and saw a tall, brunette with stunning blue eyes.  

"Cut it out! All of you! Don't you give a stuff about how he feels? He has an amazing voice! Obviously! Or else he wouldn't have gotten into bootcamp in the first place! He's not ugly! He's beautiful and he definitely deserves to be in One Direction! One Direction wouldn't even be One Direction if he was missing. Now get lost! All of you!" she screamed.

Rachael's POV

I couldn't stand watching him get hurt like that.

I quickly shoved through the crowd.

"Cut it out! All of you! Don't you give a stuff about how he feels? He has an amazing voice! Obviously! Or else he wouldn't have gotten into bootcamp in the first place! He's not ugly! He's beautiful and he definitely deserves to be in One Direction! One Direction wouldn't even be One Direction if he was missing. Now get lost! All of you!" I yelled at them. I hated people like that!

Once they'd all gone, I quickly helped Niall up.

"Are you ok?" I asked him, concerned.

"Yeah. I'm ok. Thanks for that." he said, wiping the tears from his eyes.

"No problems. I'm glad I could save you tonight." I said causing him to laugh at the use of the title of one of their songs. .

"I was going to Nando's until they cornered me. Want to come?" he asked me.

"I'd love to!" I said excitedly. Then he leant down and kissed me. Right there in the middle of my favourite place in the world.

"Thanks again." he said, linking my fingers with his then we walked over to Nando's.
