"Well are you gonna still be staying with me or are you gonna go stay with him?" I asked her

"I-" she was cut off by Joey, "She'll be staying with me" he smiled at her

I felt like crying at the sight, I nodded and she left with Joey.

I calmed myself down as I felt a lump in my throat, tears wanting to form in my eyes.

"He's just your boss, Nothing More, Nothing Less" I told myself in my head

I was finished with work so I gathered my things and walked out.

As I was locking my office I heard Joey and Lexi laughing, I locked my door and walked to the elevator.

Waiting patiently for the elevator the noises of their voices kept getting louder and louder as they got closer and closer.

"Y/n, heading home already?" I heard Lexi, I rolled my eyes and turned around with a smile.

"Yeah, luckily I finished work early" I say sarcastically.

I was luckily saved by elevator, I walk in and then Joey and Lexi, they couldn't just take another elevator?

We waited patiently to reach the G* Floor, we reached it and I walked out. "Well by Mr. and Mrs. Birlem" I smiled at them

"What happened to-" I Cut Joey off, "Bye Mr.Birlem" I gave him a soft smile turning around and walking to Loren's office.

It was hard trying not to cry but I sucked it up, I'm having dinner with the guy in 2 Days. What can I say?

"Hey Lor, you ready to go?" I asked her as I saw her gathering her belongings.

"Yeah, come- where's Lexi?" She asked as she noticed I was alone.

"She's going to be staying with her 'husband' which happens to be Joey" I say

"Y/n how could you not realize this, she was the same one who came that day remember when you called me asking me about that girl Joey was with?" She said and I slowly nodded remembering that day

"She's the one who cheated on him, and I don't understand how he can get back with her" Loren shook her head

"That's his problem so let's just go" I said and we left.

"Alright bye" I said hanging up the phone, "LOR!" I yelled out for her as I was sitting on the couch

"WHAT" she yelled back from upstairs, I bet the neighbors next door are going crazy with all this screaming

"GET ME SOMETHING NICE TO WEAR IM GOING TO CHARLES HOUSE" I yell

"OK"

She soon came downstairs holding a skin tight long sleeved mid-length maroon dress

"OMG" I jumped up and threw it on with some maroon heels.
