James' p.o.v

We were still walking in the woods, Bells was walking ahead, trying to find a good spot for the transformation to happen. Remus was groaning quietly as Padfoot and I helped him along. I couldn't help but watch Bells.

She wasn't happy, I could tell that, I assumed it was because of Remus, but it still worried me, no matter what.

She was like my baby sister, I adored her more than she knew, obviously not like I loved Lily, but in a sisterly way. Without her, I wouldn't even have a chance with my almost girlfriend... without Bells, I don't know where we would all be now...

"Let's stop here." Bells said, turning to face us. Quickly, she rushed over and helped take Remus from us. Sirius and I watched her as she helped him sit down on a large boulder. She kissed Remus' cheek gently and I couldn't help but smile at how kind she was. She honestly cared more for Remus, Sirius and I than she did herself.

The next few moments, were agonising and silent. I could see Bells getting more and more scared, but she was trying to hide it from Remus.

I was ripped out of my thoughts as Remus began screaming, all three of us changed into our animagus forms watching Remus carefully.

As a werewolf, he began growling at us, we stood in a circle, ready to stop him from hurting anyone else or himself. He let out a loud howl and I noticed Bells flinch.

The next few hours went by quickly, I had gained a few scratches but nothing too serious, whereas, Sirius was limping and Bells was nearly unconscious, for some reason, she was getting it the worst tonight.

Bells was strong though, and didn't give up easily, she had been thrown against multiple trees and been scratched an awful lot, though there wasn't too much blood so I hoped it wasn't too deep.

Before I realised it, Remus was once again transforming back into his human form, I quickly transformed too, and looked at Sirius who was also completely fine, I looked over at Bells and she sadly smiled at me, she had a few bruises on her face, but apart from that, she looked ok. I walked over to her, and pulled her into a warm hug, she sighed but hugged me tightly in response.

"Its all going to be ok." I mumbled and she nodded in response. The next hour all three of us, managed to get Remus home and back in bed before all collapsing in exhaustion on the floor of his room.
