Above is the picture of Samara's late grandmother's home where she will be staying for a while

Grayson and Samara were standing at the baggage carousal, waiting for their bags to arrive. They landed at LAX 30 minutes ago. Samara decided that she would stay with her brother until Grayson talks to Adam Stevens about her.

As Samara kept scanning the baggage carousal for her bags, Grayson couldn't help but admire her. She was beautiful no doubt, but she was more than just a pretty face. She was naïve and innocent. That's what Grayson liked about her the most. She showed kindness to anyone she came across regardless of whether they deserve her kindness or not.

Grayson had this sudden protective feeling, he wanted to protect her from all the horrors and corruption of the world. But he couldn't help but think that his mind itself is a horror show. How could be protect her from all the darkness and misery when he himself was a living definition of those words?

He was drawn back to reality when he saw Samara trying to pick up her bags; he immediately reached forward to help but was stopped by her.

"Its okay, I got it. Thanks" She said with a smile.

"I'll drop you home." Grayson offered

"No let it be, the neighbourhood I stay isn't exactly up to your standards." She joked

Grayson didn't say anything for a while as Samara gathered up her luggage.

He finally spoke, "So I've noted down my number, address and also my manager's number in your phone so you can call me as soon as you get a new SIM card."

She smiled "Okay"

"Don't forget Samara." He said sternly

"I won't Grayson" She chuckled, she continued "Thank you"

"For what?" he asked with a confused look

"For giving me a new hope." Samara replied

And with that Samara started walking towards the exit while Grayson watched her, he smiled.

Samara turned around one last time and waved him goodbye as she walked to the taxi stand.

40 minutes later, Samara arrived in front of her late grandmother's home where her brother lives now. It's not exactly the most desirable place to live in, but its home. It's where she grew up so it will always be special to her.

She stood in front the door and rang the doorbell. She didn't inform her brother that she was coming; she decided to surprise him instead.

The door opened and Samara saw a shocked Jason.

"Wha-what Samara? You?" Jason was too shocked by his sister's sudden appearance after 4 years to make proper sentences.

Samara grinned widely and gave her brother a tight hug, her brother immediately hugged her back.

"Jace I missed you so much!" Samara squealed

"Oh my god Samara! It really is you." They both pulled back and an excited Jason showered her with questions, "When did you get here? Why didn't you call me? Is everything okay?"

Samara simply laughed, "Hold up, hold up. One question at a time Jason. First, aren't you going to let me in?"

Jason laughed as well "Of course sorry." He said as he helped her get her bags inside and get settled in.
