Two at Once

Two moons rise,

Both the same but, yet

Both different.

Their glow cross over shinning,

On the same one lake

It takes in both of their glow

Throwing back out,

The one it doesn’t

Want to shine.

It keeps swapping,

Trying to make up its mind,

It ends up reflecting both of the moons.

It reflects,

Two at once,

Not sure how it has coped,

Not knowing the similarities.

It has decided that,

It does not want ether.

They say goodbye and leave,

The lake is lonely until

The sun rises.
